  Would you please change the file extension in '.pdf' (without 'x') and see if the file opens in a PDF Viewer application?

  Go to the location where your Lightroom Catalog is stored and remove .lock file (not .lrcat)

  By default, the catalog is stored in the Pictures\Lightroom folder.

  -4 email accounts

  -When I go here: settings-> Mail, Contacts, calendars I can now put "Retrieve the new data" because it or off, mine is set to OFF

  Did you do a hard reboot on your phone? Home button and Sleep/Wake button together for 7 to 10 seconds.

  How about a reset network settings? Settings > general > reset > reset network settings

  Just in case a parameter is kept in volatile memory.
