Nothing helps:
1. my iphone 6 s and mac are on the same wifi connection.
2. the region is the same in both devices.
What can I do?

Captivate 5 crashes on startup with the error do capture
I've been using Captivate 5 months now. After knowledge how to deal with project cache, I have not had any major problems so far.
Whenever I try to start Captivate - it immediately crashes with this error - not Captivate logo - just this mistake instantly:
Clicking OK or cancel does nothing and the process of Captivate disappears immediately.
This has happened after that Captivate locked up during a file save operation and I had to recharge fully - could not not even bring up the Task Manager.

Well, here's my answer to my own post.
After reading some posts here about possible solutions, I tried to delete all the cookies for YouTube (Tools > options > privacy > show cookies > youtube.com). Then tested on a site with integrated video would not play before and on YouTube directly - both worked!
The poster with the suggestion of cookies also proposed changes to the 'exceptions', but it was not necessary at least for me.
