My incoming mail is suddenly not be formatted; only the text is displayed. What should do?

Mail, including a line like 'click here to view the message in the browser' done the right thing, when you click on it, but not on arrival. Of course, not all incoming messages contain such a line. I guess I did something that caused this, but TB 24.3.0 reloading made no difference, and nothing that I saw in the huge and mysterious Config list gave any hint that I recognized. I did recently 'clean up' old files in a Temp directory, maybe too good...
