Several troubleshooting methods:
What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you have
EVER had on this machine, including those you have uninstalled (they leave leftovers behind which)
may cause strange problems).
If no joy there's something blocking perhaps.
Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Addons - what works best?
IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK
IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - click on reset all default areas - apply / OK
Close and restart IE or IE with no addons
not better?
IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if she's here, it is no longer necessary but Java
installs and it causes more questions - have you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again.) Search
other possible problems.
Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look
right. Allowed are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If doubt about a program
ask about it here.
Could not be a free - SpyBHOremover - BHO - standalone program, needs no installation, download.
unzip and run - all are not bad, but some can cause your question (toolbars are BHO).

Windows Explorer stops working, then restarts
Windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer stops working, then restarts whenever a windows in the start menu program is closed. In some programs in the start menu, such as Documents, pictures, music, games, computer, control, devices and printers, ect. The error message indicates that windows Explorer has stopped working and controls a solution. Then after about 10 seconds, all the desktop icons disappear, and then looks like windows Explorer restarts itself. I am running windows 7 since an upgrade of Vista. I reinstalled windows 7 upgrade kit and done all the recommended solutions to various web pages, but the problem persists. I talked to tech support and they say that, perhaps, some of the registry files are corrupted. The problem does not occur when I start the computer in safe mode. I have updated all drivers and updates of the window. I don't have a disk of Vista orginal software. Can I fix this on my own?
Hi Michaeldaz,
As the problem does not persist in safe mode, I suggest that you perform the clean boot procedure to check whether a third-party program installed on the computer is causing the problem.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

Help! I went during an email to 'junk' and something accidentally and now all my incoming emails went to "undesirable." How can I fix?
OK, each email client has slightly different options.
In Outlook, the Actions-> Junk Email-> junk e-mail Options, list of blocked senders. Search for wildcards (*) as these can produce strange results.
Or in the same dialogue, but the 1st Options tab there are 4 radio buttons. If the bottom one is selected only emails from those in your senders list will go to the normal Inbox, so if you have anyone in this list, then, all emails are junk.

all the addons suddenly stopped working
About 30 seconds after opening the browser, my blinked the eyes off theme. The color of the text remains, but not graphics. Also my suddenly disappeared multirow bookmarks toolbar addon. They are always enabled, they just don't do anything. I have already downloaded all the updates and check the updates on my addons. I tried in safe mode, disabling, re-enabling all. I changed the file prefs.js (a fix on one of the posts). I restarted the computer, windows xp, open and closed the browser. I can look at other themes, and will change the color of the text, but nothing else.

eBAY has stopped working the way that it used with Firefox, my browser. Sort, enlarge the picture, look at this point - they are all no longer work.
URL of affected sites
Firefox 3.6.4 and 3.6.6 use a process called, "plugin - container.exe" who was using much of my CPU when I open several tabs containing Adobe Flash files and locked up Firefox.
My solution is to use Firefox 3.5.10, which you can get on the Mozilla site at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
I use Adobe Flash 10.1.53.64 without any problem in this version of Firefox. Check the date of issue, in my opinion, it contains all the latest security fixes in "Firefox 3.6.4".If all goes well, they will set Firefox 3.6 in the next version (for example Firefox 3.6.7), until then you should probably use «Firefox 3.5.10»

I created a PDF form with several drop downs, all with the same drop-down values. When I select a value of 1 in the drop-down list fields, it breeds in all others - which I don't want. Can I fix?
I am fairly new to this, but I think it has to do with the way you have drop them downs named. Copy you a then keep stick in each area? If so, that's the problem. You must rename each with a different number: Dropdown1, Dropdown2, etc. I think this might solve the problem.
