  • Connection/W-Fi Internet keeps dropping out

    Hello

my internet connection keeps dropping out, about once every hour / half-hour. It is not connect again by itself. It is not the router itself, because my previous laptop and other familymembers laptops do not have this problem.
The connection comes back when I remove the plug and put it again (to the router), but it is still frustrating to keep seeing your connection go without any reason.

Can someone help me solve this problem?

Can you please tell us what model of laptop do you have?

    > The connection returns when I pull out the plug and put it again (to the router)

How to understand this? What are you doing exactly?

  • AD2P Drop Outs when you use the mouse BT

    Hello

Someone else had this problem? Tecra M4 with Builtin BT 2.0 + EDR radio, Windows XP SP2, any version of BT stack of v4.00.23 from... currently on v5.10.01.

With the help of the mouse BT (IOGear GME225B - http://www.iogear.com/main.php?loc=product&Item=GME225B) works very well.

Using headphones AD2P (Anycom BSH-100 - http://www.anycom.com/products/bluetooth_audio_video/anycom_stereo_headset_bsh_100/?id=102&partno=CC3300) also works very well.

If I try to use them as well at the same time the mouse is very insensitive or the sound in the headphones down a lot. In later versions of the battery BT things seem to be a little better... but not much.

Does not seem to matter if my WI - FI radio is on/in-use or not... tried both thinking that may be the issue.

I think that I read somewhere that one of these devices is one master of BT, the other slave BT... and try to use them both at the same time is causing issues for radio and or BT stack to switch back and forth between the two modes. Is this correct?

I thought that perhaps a BT mouse and/or helmet AD2P which was BT compatible 2.0 could help... but not been able to find one... would it? Any recommendations?

    Thank you

This depends on the version of your mouse Bluetooth equipment and helmet, they are probably older. The book BT module is updated and should work fine. Some helmets also have a poor hardware Protocol so several communication connection can cause problems with the quality of service.

Master-slave switching should not happen in this combination, but if so, then it happens only once and should be no problem more.
You can try to lower the quality of the sound of the headphones in Bluetooth settings in the "details".
This will probably improve the behavior described.

Sound keeps dropping out at different times. All that correct adjustment. A lot of processor and memory. Under XP sp2... about to take it back!

There may be another program that causes the problem, if that's the case, you will need to follow the steps on the following link to start your computer in a clean boot state that will identify what type of program is originally: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353

If this does not work, it is possible that the hardware is defective, there could be a bad connection or another vice that causes the problem.

  • 500-100 wireless signal keeps dropping out.

I just bought a brand new office of 500-100 a HP to replace my self built the aging of the desktop machine. The problem I have is that the signal wireless guard stall at random times, could be 3 times in 5 minutes, could be once in 30 minutes. My router is a Wirelss 5953 method.

I've never had problems in the past with signal dropped, my phone and pad remain connected and the old pc used to be ok. Is that because I bought this machine that things started to go wrong.

The intensity of such signal indicated by the bar remains at 4 all the time, then no reason (well, I guess that there must be a reason ) a little yellow exclamation point appears above him the connection limited to words. to get the connection works again, the only way is to disconnect and reconnect again.

    Suggestions anyone?

PS. It happened again I wrote this...

Thanks for the advice, but I fugured it myself after some trial and error. At HP support online for an hour, they took control of my desktop computer and change a few things, but it was always the same. So, I moved the pc into the room with the router and hard wired it in, no problems for 2 days.

So I then unplugged and relied on the wireless, once again no problem for 2 days. Hmm.

Returns the pc in the original piece and it cooled down the signal DESPITE a 4 bars signal and only 5 m away.

So... in this new pc wireless card isn't obviously a top model of the line.

Bought a booster wireless D-Link OfficeWorks (cheap) and plugged into a wall outlet in the same room as the pc,... There's been 2 weeks now and not a single drop out...

    :-)

  • On Tecra M4 wireless connection keeps dropping out

I have a Tecra M4 and I use it my brother home with her for months and all netgear wireless network suddenly without changing my laptop network keeps drop the connection, even if there is always a full-power signal.

One minute, it is connected then it just says auto but is not attempting to connect again. Normally, it will connect for a few minutes and then drops and will connect again on its own.

    Thank you

Try disabling the "zero configuration wireless service. It can happen that a neighbor of yours has also installed a wireless network and therefor your laptop is down the connection to find another router. This service is not really necessary, its just there to search for a better connection. You can reactivate at any time again.

I'll describe the steps below on HOW DISABLE the 'wireless Zero configuration service ":

    (1) open 'control panel'---> 'Administrative tools'---> double click on "Services".
    2) scroll down until you see the 'wireless zero configuration' and right-click on it. Now select "Properties".
    (3) in the "service status" area, choose the option "STOP" to stop the service
"(4) Finally, where it is said: Startup type (it's a menu drop-down), choose"Disabled"in order not to allow the service to start the next time you reboot your system.

If there is continuous so that he abandons the connection now test your system. If not, your problem is solved, if not... re - activate the service and wait for more ideas.
Whatever it is, come back to share your findings,

    Best regards and good luck

  • Pavilion p6506f: System Recovery option grayed out when you use the recovery to factory default reset disk

    Dear experts,

Please help me on what I am making a solution for about 4 hours now...

Somehow my recovery partition is damaged, so I use the recovery disk that I created when I bought the computer.

I used the disc to start the computer and after loading files and everything on the menu of Recovery Manager "System Recovery" is grayed out.  Note that I have not changed any hardware on the computer.

    Help, please!

    Thank you!

    Hello

You did do the right thing. But you created a Win 7 recovery disk, not the game of HP recovery disks.

You can switch to Win own 10.

You will need the product key Microsoft of the COA sticker attached to the frame of your PC of 25 characters.

    Images of example COSTS:

Do a clean install of win 10 If you do not know the product key of Windows 7 on the certificate of authenticity.

Win 7 PC sometimes have problems updating to Win 10.

I really think you should get support from HP Win 7 recovery. If the Win 10 upgrade fails you can always return Win 7 If you have a Win 7 HP recovery media.

    Your choice.

  • L755 satellite internet connection drops but stilll connected to the network

    Hello

I hope one of you can help me. I have a laptop 13 q Satellite L755 nice for a year and a half.

My problem is that I surf the net and suddenly my internet connection drops down. On Firefox or IE, I have a message with a triangular signal yellow saying: "your connection has be revived."
I'm still waiting on my network but I can't access the internet.

The strangness, is that my family other PC or laptop have no problem on the connection.
This happens on the wifi and cable. At home or other places of connection.
In France and the United States. So my conclusion is that there is a problem with my laptop.

I looked around some forums. It seems that some have a problem with IPv6.
I have disabled the option to use IPv6 on my laptop, but I still have the problem.

Another comment: I play the Kingdom of the fortress online.
Sometimes I disconnect from this game but I can still surf the internet for a few minutes before undergoing a total disconnection.

    Looking forward for your help.

As this happens using WLan and LAN its really hard to say why your connection is interrupted.
Have you tested the internet connection with fresh preinstalled system?
I mean it is possible that some software / updates received or installed in the past it would affect.

  • Satellite C660 - no internet access via WLAN when powered by the battery.

    Hi guys,.

Just bought a Toshiba Satellite C660 and went through the installation process and everything seemed simple and easy. However, this changed when I tried to use the laptop wireless. As long as I fed it with the AC adapter, all right. When I remove the adapter I lose the internet connection for about 3-5 minutes before it reconnects for about 1 min. Then, he constantly repeats the cycle.

I have a strong signal that shows as "Connected" to my wireless network in the network and sharing Center, but get the message "no internet access. I have another laptop and PS3 connected to my network wireless without any problem. I disabled them both where they do not interfere with the signal, but that made no difference. Therefore, I am sure that's not the router, the modem, or the wireless signal.

I checked to see if my WLAN adapter needs an update to the driver, but it shows that I have already installed the latest drivers. I tried to change the power settings for the adapter wireless of "Maximum Performance" all this without success.

In addition, it works fine on battery if plugged directly on the wireless router.

Can anyone offer advice on how to fix it, before I return it to the store?

    Thank you

    Jason

Please take a look in this thread:

There is a similar discussion on this theme.
So to change the power management settings and the installation of the new driver Wlan has solved this problem.
