  Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

  Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

  If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

  As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device.   I have a lot of success with this and usually sugest (like vader95) that you back up your stuff and do a new installation.  We don't know what you're missing, and you're going to be fiddling around with him for always (IMO).

  There could be traces of Java on the computer, you can download Microsoft Installer Cleanup Utility and uninstall all traces of Java which is present on the computer.

  Step 1: Completely remove the content of the following directory: C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\ (or another directory if you chose the install a default location)

  Link to PML is a good thing. But, really, almost any PC is certainly capable of running all services by default with no performance hit.

  To repair the damage you have done, run system restore to get the best results.

  The option "lock the taskbar" has been disabled. Right-click on a vacant space in the taskbar, the start clcok, button and check to see if there is a check mark next to ' lock the taskbar '. For the moment, it should not be a tick it. Now, move your mouse over the taskbar, hold down your left mouse button and 'drag' the taskbar at the bottom of your screen. The taskbar should now appear at the bottom of the screen. Once you did a right click on the taskbar again, as before, in a place vacant between the Start button and the clock and, in the drop-down menu, click on the option "lock the taskbar" to place a check mark by his side. The taskbar is now locked and cannot move.

• DW CS6 test server shows only the login screen of my site. Can't do under the hood live wiew. The pages I want to change/modify is visible only when I connect but I do not know how to reolve that.

  A CMS site, the page is usually filled with data that is stored in a database using a scripting language on the server side. Unfortunately, the Design mode only supports a static language like HTML, there is therefore no recovery information from the database.

  The only way out of your situation is to temporarily remove the permission to the user to the page that you are editing so that you do not to log-in each time. The problem is that you may forget to reactivate the authorization.

  What I always do is to open the site in a browser and verify the change in DW refreshing the page in the browser. In this way, you need to log-in once.

  Force reboot your iPad.

  Press and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  If this does not help, connect the iPad to a source of power for the battery.

• Have the original "CS4" become what we now call "CS4 Design Standard"?  (Not clear what CS4 download in the transition to the new PC)

  I need to move the CS4 from one PC to another.  I disabled it on the first PC, but the 'my orders' on Adobe don't always says "No available download" when I click on the download button.  When I call tech support, they respond that they cannot help me because I don't have a creative cloud (phone support is now only for cc).  So my plan is to download CS4 from the Adobe site, and then type the serial number, I - on the assumption that, given that I have disabled on another PC, the serial number will be accepted.  But several versions of CS4 are presented (Master, Web Premium... Design standard).  I don't know who to download.  (My first purchase was a download, not a DVD player.  The reception is not note the type as purchased CS4.  It simply says "CS4." (Nov / 26 / 2009).
