My iPad 2 has suddenly ceased to participate its network 3G (three) and I can't find again

I have the 2 IPad with IOS 9.3.1 and 3G connection to the network three in the United Kingdom.  Successfully operated it for well over the years over there. Suddenly I can't find the carrier in settings and there is no connection to the three network.  Verified that there is no problem of signal or reception through this network.  Have turned device off and on again once, makes no difference.  Verified that the contract of three network is still alive and OK.  I don't know what to try next.   Curiously, the iPad to my wife 2 - who is younger than mine about 15 months, has exactly the same problem.     Thanks, I tried all that none of this has worked. The system has been corrupted. I finally had to pull the card make the system thinks that the tuner card was again hardwsre and I download driver TV Tuner Avermedia m791 NTSC/ATSC and its applications of microsoft (r) Windows Vista (r) and installed the program that worked, and then I followed your instructions on how to configure the parameters and the tuner all over again now my media guide and everything works. Thanks for the help and suggestions.

    This is my first post.  I tried to get help, but does not seem to find any matches, so I apologize if I missed relevant discussions!

    I am using a Win10 computer running Lightroom 5.7.1 (and a user of LR for a few years now).

    I yesterday I found I'm suddenly impossible to import photos into LR from a network drive (for example my photos were on my drive G: for many years).

    Windows Explorer can see / access of readers (g) very well.

    Lightroom cannot import drive G:.

    In the Lightroom Catalog, my drive G: that were previously imported all photos now have the "!" symbol indicating that Lightroom cannot find them.

    Has anyone else experienced this (and solved)?

    PS the only changes to my system recently that I remember are:

    I changed my home wifi network to be considered 'private' and say to my computer "find devices and content".

    SOLVED!

    I start Lightroom via right click > 'run as administrator '.

    For some reason, instead of ensuring that you have a higher level of permissions, which causes the import drag-and - déposer in Lightroom to fail.

    So... just run with normal permissions, not with administrator-level permissions.
