  I think I tried all possible combinations of actions. Beats Audio Control Panel works without noise and noise without BACP. But never together.

  When you deleted the program, program who are you referring?

  You can try to perform a system restore and see if it helps.

  You can try to perform a restore of the system to a prior restore point you have been affected by the issue.

  Note: When you perform the system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

  I have a thinkpad R51, and recently, I decided to reset to the factory settings. However, I also had installed linux and when I tried this it has failed and to restart, there was a grub error.
