  The question of DV3 is a little different. If the battery is not the laptop, but it works very well with the power connected, it could be the battery or on the motherboard connections that are the problem. The bad news here is that, to try another battery, you have good enough to buy one, that may not solve the problem.

The warm-up was suggested in another thread, where a person even went to the extreme of using a fan hair dryer to warm the device. After a few hours, he did to load up to 60%, I got it out to check if it worked.

  Maybe I shouldn't have checked and waited a little longer, because the IPad is now stuck at 59 to 61% for the last 14 hours for free. I still struggle to go beyond this percentage, but at least I can use the device. Is there something I can do now to improve the percentage of charge? I tried the resets and even restored and updated the iOS through iTunes.

  No one here can help you. The device is locked activation. Since you have made the purchase by Amazon, you can check with them to see if they will stand behind it. No one on the forum, or Apple can help you remove the lock. Only the previous owner can do this. I suggest that you demand a refund, so let's start a claim with Amazon about this dealer.

  It has been 24 hours since I discovered my thinkpad does not turn.

  I used this last Saturday afternoon and stops completely.

  Never, I put my TP in sleep or Hibernate mode.

  When I woke up yesterday, 11:00 I discovered keys Fn, Mute and Microphone are lit. The fan does not work (the whole system is off). The laptop temperature is normal, not hot or warm as it is used.

  So far, the same 3 - keys are turned on.

  I need help as soon as possible.

  RESET button at the back does not affect the disk hard one will interrupt the internal battery and make it portable completely empty of power, making what button or something like that.
