  New to PE10, the program does not recognize my iPhone 4S .mov files.   I tried loading them in the Organizer, and I get a message that is missing a CODEC.  I tried loading directly into PE10 using the tab 'Get media' and get 'the importer reported a generic error'. I tried to access it directly from the phone and access it from the hard drive.  The files open and play very well with Quicktime and Media player. Please help!
