How to bring back my presentation?

    Gina,

What troubleshooting measures have so far?

Have you tested it with a charger from apple work known, no third-party?

Have you tried to plug into the computer to see if it's the "cube" which is plugged into the wall?

If the battery is dead, you must connect the device for at least 20 minutes before it will fit on. If it works, make sure that you leave fully charge. Once it's done to make sure that you do not charge the actual phone until the battery is completely drained. This would reset the battery cycles.

Make sure that you do not leave the phone plugged into the wall outlet overnight, it can burn your battery.

  • Why my iPhone 6 won't hold a charge?

    Hello

My iPhone 6s is a problem to hold a charge. I tried all the tips that are found in the data base of support, but it seems that they do not work. I looked in the settings of the battery as well as to consider whether there was an application using a lot of my battery.

    Thanks in advance!

If you've done every step of the data base of support including restore your phone from a backup and restore as new, and it still does not work.  Then make an appointment with the genius bar and hold your phone Apple store.

  • Won't hold a charge

I bought the Tablet hp 7 1800 for Christmas for my son, he said that he didn't like it bevcause, he died in fast so I started playing on it and it will not hold a charge for more than 30 minutes. No damage has been done and I load it every day that the Tablet is only 30 days. I have the box don't know if I can even return/Exchange now... Very disappointing and on top of that wall charger also quitting only 10 days of work in equity. I guess IM wondering if there is something I can do ?

Hello and welcome to the HP support community!

The HP 7 1800 comes with a charger that is rated to power 2, 000mA of electricity.  (2 Amps).

If you replaced the original with Charger provides less, it may not be fully charge the device.

I suggest you contact HP directly on these hardware failures.

  • My iPhone 6 won't charge for a very long time

I, I noticed that my iPhone 6 won't stay not charged. It uses the battery charge more that there never. The phone went through a full reload during the night. Anyone know what could be causing this and what I can do to fix this?  Where can I go if I have a new battery, due to the fact that I am not near a store Apple. My phone is yepars only two old.

I think that the visit of the Apple Store is the best option. Specialists Apple will surely help you.

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

    • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
    • Press and hold the Home button
    • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.

As a final step, try recovery mode. Turn off your unit, then plug it to your computer with the hold home button. Hold down Home button until you see the logo of iTunes on the screen of your device. After that on your computer, you should see the iTunes window saying that your device needs to be restored to factory settings. Click Restore.

  • My iPad will not hold a charge and won't

My iPad is showing a red - battery flat. If I connect it to the charger, it tries to go - see the white Apple logo and about 30 seconds later it turns off, but in another 10-15 seconds, it shows once again the flat red battery and the cycle continues indefinitely - red battery Logo - Logo - Off - red of the battery... Help, please.

    A few options.

your battery is toast and can't hold a charge.

Your charger may not give the battery what suits him so it cannot load.

The cable is not making a good connection for recharging.

Make sure that you use an iPad, not an iPhone, one charger. iPhone Chargers put only half as much power as the iPad ones.

If you have another charger and cable, those Exchange and see if your iPad will charge. Be aware that if you are up to the Red level of the battery, it will take at least half an hour for your device be used.

Also, look in the loading port and make sure that it is clean. As silly as it may sound a piece of lint can impede charging. Make sure that the contacts on your charging cable are clean.

If you can try another charger and cable and your iPad still hold a charge then the battery can be turned. (they have a limited life span)

You can contact your local apple store or service provider authorized and put in place an appointment to have the battery checked and possibly replaced. The tax is around $ 100 unless you have Apple care. If you do, and it's within the warranty period, replacement can be free.

  • 4th gen Apple TVRemoteWon can't hold a charge

Recently my ATV 4 distance began to unload completely in just a few days, rather than the promised several weeks and as he recently are someone else has this problem?

I called Apple support and they sent me a new replacement. It works very well in all its forms, but also will not hold a charge more for about a week or two. I found it completely discharged tonight, such that it wouldn't work at all, even if I've completely charged about two weeks ago.

It is now clear that this should not be the fault of the remote, but maybe some correlation between this one and the Apple TV itself. He would have to do with a Bluetooth problem? In the menu of the ATV, I saw that it had detected the Bluetooth entry to my TV, but that it was not connected. It is trying to connect and wasting energy? I do not have direct control over the TV Bluetooth, but it controls via the Apple TV 4 using the HDMI-CEC capabilities that work well.

I had 4 ATV for nearly a year. It has always worked well, and this remote discharge problem only started a few weeks ago. I brought no changes to system before this problem appeared.

Any ideas on why the two remotes in a row see this problem in my system?

Have to introduce any other electrical devices in the room. Is there anyone in your household who might be using the remote control for the games.
