  What have you done so far? Updated the primary e-mail address on your existing account, you did not create a new account? All content is linked to the account that has downloaded, if you created a new account, all of your existing applications will remain tied to your old account and only this account can download updates for them.

  Hello! I think that I may have a solution to our problem of the black screen with the circle of rotation.

  I came across this post today because my iPhone all nine 7 (which I've upgraded to the latest ios) also got stuck on a black screen with the circle of rotation. I tried to update some of my apps, when suddenly the screen froze. I clicked once on the home button and the screen become black with the subsequent appearance of the circle of rotation.

  I have tried everything - simultaneously press the home button and power (does not work). connected to itunes to do a restore (it won't let me not because my "find my iPhone" was turned on - but I could not turn off because my phone was insensitive).

  In any case, a very useful Mr. Damon (Senior Advisor to Apple) helped me via chat to solve the problem.

  Here's what I did:

  1. make sure that your iPhone is disconnected from the socket or the computer.

  2. hold the POWER button and the VOLUME DOWN button at the same TIME. If it works, the screen should turn off almost immediately.

  3. connect your iPhone to the computer. (when I have connected to the computer, my iPhone automatically on and was ready to be reused).

  The steps below are for those whose iPhones did not turn with the above steps. The following steps are designed to allow you to disable remote your 'find my iPhone', so you can do a manual restore from iTunes.

  4. go to www.icloud.com.

  5. click on Find iPhone

  6. given that the phone is turned off already, he won't be able to find it. On the top bar, click DEVICES.

  7. click on your iPhone.

  8. click on "delete account".

  9. go into your itunes and do a restore.

  I did have to do steps 4 to 9 more, because as I said, my iPhone automatically activated after step 3.

I tried on my iPhone 4S running on iOS 7.0.4 but to my disappointment only left side is audible to all the sound elements of music to Siri. right side is silent, not even low noise at full volume. All other functions of the EarPods as 'change volume' and mike work correctly. But then I tried on my computer laptop Lenovoand they absolutely worked well! The two sides were also audible and clear. I tried again on my iPhone 4s, but the problem occurred again! Other headphones work fine with this iPhone. Now, I know that neither EarPods jack iPhone is damaged (or blocked), it isn't a software problem and also compatible with the iPhone 4S as claimed by Apple. I have now run out of options. Please help me. Thanks in advance. (I live in India, where there is no Apple store, so please don't recommend me to get replace them)

  If you don't insert them completely what you describe happen

  Quit the application Adobe Creative Cloud.

  I am facing a problem quite annoying and any help would be appreciated.

  So, when I select text and you want to zoom in or out the window/text using the normal or even with (cmd + /) it works fine. Now it gets interesting; When I try to do the same thing, but with my trackpad instead, highlight the text disappears. The highlighted text then only reappear if I go back to the 'right' zoom setting for example, 137%.

  Any suggestions?

  I use Comp for a little while now, very impressed. Incredibly convenient. The only problem we met today, is that I can share my computer with other members of the team. It therefore works as an application mockup only fantastic staff. But I want to use it beyond that. Be able to share between Adobe Id would do the trick for me. And of course being able to send projects from Photoshop comp and vice versa. Please bring the workflow up to its full potential!

  You can share projects model with others in your team with your property with the function send a link on the web. It is somewhat a process right now, but it can certainly be done:

  Log in to https://assets.adobe.com/ with your Adobe ID

  Access the assets/files/Mobile creations/Comp, then select the project to share

  Click on the link share/send, click the button create link Public

  At this point, you can choose to send the link to an email address or copy public link to send later.

  Once the person receiving the public link is also sign - in access to his account of CC, this opening link allows the receiving user save the project in this CC account.

  Give it a try and let me know if that's what you're wanting to do.

  Your camera is more recent than your software for many years.  To open the ORF of the EM10II you need ACR plugin 9.2 which host needs a PSE14 or newer.  You can buy 14 items here: http://www.adobe.com/products/catalog/software.html

  You can also use the free DNG Converter to convert a FOLDER of raw files to DNG and these DNG is open in the old software.  You can get the DNG Converter here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
