  • Smart keyboard sometimes does not work

I have a smart keyboard connected to an iPad 12,9 Pro.

Sometimes it stops working and I have to restart the iPad be responsive again.

This is quite annoying because it happens 4 - 5 times a day.

I think it's a software problem. I look forward to a solution from Apple.

    Hello alessandro2410,

Thanks to ask questions on your Smart keyboard doesn't work don't not with iPad Pro sometimes. I understand how it is important to have a functional keyboard at any time since everything we do these days is on our devices. I'm happy to check this with you.

To make sure the Smart keyboard until properly, I want to double check all of this help article: use your Smart with iPad Pro keyboard. If everything is correctly configured, at the end of this article is the section to get help, if there are any questions by using the intelligent keyboard with iPad Pro. If the keyboard stops working, I try to adjust the position of the iPad for a while and then re - implement Type position. I would like to ask some clarifying questions to try to win because of that.

    1. have you setting the position of the iPad for a moment, then put back in the position of Type help or you must go through all the steps, and he only reconnects after restarting the iPad?

    2. when it stops working? You mentioned that it does that 4 or 5 times a day, but it's after the iPad goes to sleep, or after you do not use it for 10 minutes, you can isolate when it no longer works to offer other options?

    3. have you noticed the disconnect keyboard started after 10 iOS upgrade only?

Please provide information and work with me here in Apple Support communities. Have a great rest of your day.

  • Satellite A110-149: keyboard sometimes password AZERTY to QWERTY

HELLO and sorry for my poor English (I am French and novice in English)

I have a problem with my laptop: Satellite A110-149, running Windows XP, bought in January 2007.
Sometimes, for some unknown reason, my keyboard (AZERTY) changes to QWERTY, no matter what program I use.

I updated the drivers in the Control Panel, but nothing changes.

That please? How could I fix it?

    Thank you.

    I have only one explanation.
You have configured the keyboard with two different languages.
By pressing SHIFT + ALT the OS changes the language of the page layout and button assignment.

Maybe during the quick typo you have accidentally enabled this combination of keys and the keyboard power

  • Connect button on Windows 7 that SOMETIMES appears to wake up from Sleep Mode, sometimes goes right on the desktop

Hello.  Suddenly, from this morning or perhaps yesterday (April 15), when I click my mouse to wake up my new Windows 7 Inspiron PC from Sleep Mode, a Windows login, button began to appear is no longer for me to need to click.  Only a few minutes ago, when I woke up my PC by clicking my mouse, the button HAS appeared!  Does the show button only SOMETIMES, as every time the PC is asleep (hibernation?) for a SHORT time or long?  I'm puzzled about why this behavior started all of a sudden. Initially, he always showed the button - but maybe it's because as a first step, maybe I had waited long before going to my PC to wake him, don't know.  This new variable behavior could be linked to the 12 April Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework which perhaps has not taken effect until a subsequent Restart, that maybe, I did last night or this morning?

    Thanks for the ideas.

    Hi Evelyn,

This problem is perhaps due to the power settings on your computer. Ensure that requires a password on the alarm clock is set. See the following steps.

    1. Click Start, and then click the power Option.
    2. Choose several power supply options. In the Power Options window.
    3. Click on request a password for reactivation.
    4. Save changes and check.

If the problem persists, run the power Troubleshooter and check. Check out the following link.

  • My office consume 90% more physical memory to the computer starts sometimes goes to 99% when executing Crome

Here is the specification of my office:

Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate edition (service pack 1)

Processor: AMD Athlon (TM) II X 3 440 3.00 GHz processor

    Installed RAM: 2 GB

    System type: 64-bit Operating System

When I start my pc its work slowly Manager of tasks showing CPU 2 to 3% but physical memory showing 90 to 99% I still not open one tab. I have to wait for a while make the normal system approximately after 3 hours it became normal on is close to 50%

I also check show them processes from all users in System 32 uses the most memory. 4-5 last month, I use Windows 7, but recently the last 5-6 months, I get this problem. in the meantime I also upgrade to windows 10 but my processor is a supported graphics driver, so I went back to windows 7.

It seems that you have some problems.

You have a configuration things MBAM running which don't make sense (possibly uninstall/reinstall only) and your system are probably affected by a known issue on Windows Update where the symptom is a svchost process that uses too much memory and CPU.

Difficulty the afflicted svchost process first, and then work on other things, fixing a problem at a time.

Windows Update has been hit for several months and the symptom is a svchost process that uses too much memory and too much CPU bog down the system - which is easy to fix.

Read and apply this discussion of Canadian Tech:

    Solution for Windows 7 updates

After that, reboot your system and see what things look like.

If you are interested in the gory details, so you can see what the Windows Update Service (wuauserv.exe), which is the problem here is an example of how do:

When you see the svchost running amok view the PID where PID is 1088 (I choose updates show a 14% CPU activity), then right-click on the process and choose go to Services:

If PID 1088 has been afflicted on the Services tab they would have already highlighted:

And there is our friend Windows Update Service (wuauserv) running under the NEST 1088:

But you can't see from there what service uses all CPUS how much CPU or using any of the Services.

Then click on the performance tab and the resource monitor:

In the resource monitor, click the Services tab and scroll down to 1088 PID and you can see all the Services under the NEST 1088 and also how much CPU they use.

In this example, only Windows updates (wuauserv) Service bounces looking for updates using 13 to 16% of CPU, but on a Windows Update afflicted system that it would probably be more (and BITS would be there too).  As you can see the rest of the Services that run under this svchost process PID 1088 use zero CPU:

    Hello

Sorry, but it's really not easy to say what needs to be replaced.
But it s certainly a hardware problem I put t know what should I PIN you meant exactly, but maybe a loose connection is causing this problem I mean a FL-inverter connection

Here's a useful page [how remove and replace card ups FL on Toshiba Tecra 8100 | http://www.irisvista.com/tech/laptops/Toshiba-Tecra-8100/remove-replace-fl-inverter-board.htm]

  • Change of the French keyboard

    original title: language

My keyboard is presenting french letters ex markis Showinge question how can I change this

Your computer is probably configured for several keyboard layouts and a shortcut key was inadvertently pressed to switch between layouts (for example Canadian multilingual Standard or Canadian French maybe).
Open Control Panel and go to the applet region and language . On the keyboards and languages tab, click Change keyboards. If you only want to the keyboard layout , select and then delete all the others listed in the general tab
If you need several keyboard layouts, make sure that U.S. is on the top of the list and go to the tab Advanced settings key change or remove keyboard shortcuts to switch between keyboard layouts by selecting an option by clicking Change Key Sequence.
If you have decided to keep several keyboard layouts, make sure that the Language bar is easily accessible from the Language bar anchored in the taskbar tab is a good setting here. If it is set, the keyboard icon will be present to the left of the Area of Notification (for example the system tray) when the Language bar is docked in the taskbar. This allows you to quickly switch between keyboard layouts.

The directions above are suitable for Windows 7. There may be small differences is that you are using another operating system.

  • HP 530 keyboard and battery sometimes does not

    Hi all

I would like to apologize if this topic already exists, I tried to find it but withouth success.

    I'm rather curious problem.

The laptop my sister HP 530 keyboard sometimes does not work. (I thought it was the problem of the OS so I reinstalled Windows 7 32 bit - yes I know, 1 GB of ram is not enough, but it worked very well avant-probleme remains after a few reboots)

All the drivers are installed and up to date (not 'things' yellow in Device Manager).

To be more specific I will try to explain the problem closely.

When I turn on laptop sometimes keyboard does everything just as it is not connected, but the Device Manager indicates that it is connected. After that, I have to restart several times (once 8 time!) until the keyboard work again.

Also, at the same time where the keyboard does not work, Windows indicates that the battery is not detected. If the keyboard works, battery is detected, too.

Would it be a program crashes?

Y at - is it possible to fix this software based or there need for disassembly of the laptop?

Thanks in advance for your answer!

You may need to do the following with a USB keyboard plugged into one of the available USB ports if it is currently unresponsive keyboard of the laptop.

In Windows go to the ORB start and click on it. Type cmd the command icon that appears above, tight-click it and select run as administrator.

In the command line window that appears, type sfc/scannow, and then on enter. Inspect system files and replace those it considers corrupt, this will allow the Windows System File Checker. Let it run until the end.

I hope that your results will be the same as those in the following image. If corrupted files were found and replaced, the system file checkler will advise you of this.

    For the number of battery:

    Plug the power adapter.

Go to Device Manager and click on the triangle to the left of the battery unit to decompress. DUninstall compatible control method battery Microsoft ACPI. Make a right-click any device and select search the hardware changes. The operating system should recognize the installed battery and compatible ACPI Microsoft previously uninstalled reinstall the battery method device control. Close Device Manager, and then restart your laptop. Login and look in the systray to see if you can now see the loading icon.

If you still don't see no change, then you need to enter the BIOS and run the diagnosis of the battery. View the results here.

Is your laptop out of warranty?

If your answer is no and the results of the diagnostic test was a failure, or no battery has been recognized, then it is time to replace the battery with a new one. There is no obligation to replace it with a genuine part of HP. There are several online vendors who will provide you with a compatible battery replacement guaranteed.
