I have a new office of 8900 Del XPS who search but never find my bluetooth devices. Seems very well in Manager devices, but just keep looking. Did not work out of the box.  10 preinstalled, Windows

    Any ideas, driver issues?

I solved - updated the driver in Device Manager and it immediately starts to work. So, just because it is new out of the box, does not make perfect!

You must first check the color of the light key wireless.

    If it has:

    • Amber (as pictured below) all wireless devices are now closed. Press the key combination " fn " + " F12 " to change it to white.

    ->

    • White (as pictured below), the wireless device integrated, as a local area network (WLAN) wireless device or a Bluetooth® device, is on. Status is ok, so you can go to the next step.

    Click on start button.

Type in the search, filed " hp connection " and choose " HP Connection Manager ".

Check the status of the Bluetooth module. If it has:

    • 'Off' then make a right click the switch on the button which is pointed to by the arrow on the image below.

    • 'On' then you can download and install the Bluetooth module driver that is here.

  • HP 355 G2: Impossible to connect my HP laptop to any Bluetooth device

    Hello

I hope I can get a solugion for my problem...

I have some bluetooth headsets that work without any problems with my smartphone.

But I can try a million times to get a connnnection between these helmets and my laptop.

As far as I know there is an embedded bluetooth adapter. If I check the Device Manager I see three devices:

    -Generic Bluetooth adapter (hardware id: USB\VID_0BDA & PID_B001 & REV_0200)

-THE enumerator Bluetooth Microsoft (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHLE)

-Microsoft Bluetooth Auflistung (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHBRB)

There are also 2 devices under "network card".

-Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network) (hardware id: BTH\MS_BTHPAN)

-Bluetooth device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI) (hardware id: BTH\MS_RFCOMM)

I already saw that other users have the same problem with other portable... but they reported the same hardware id links to the correct driver/software have been proposed, but these links are not valid...

Caan someone tell me the link for the correct driver, please?

    FYI: I use Windows 10 64-bit

I thank you and have a nice new year!

    Hubert

    Hello:

The generic bluetooth adapter must apply bluetooth install the driver, who must then solve your present dilemma.

The code you have posted this card decodes to a radio brand BT Realtek.

I guess that your laptop has the Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11b/g/n Wireless LAN adapt?

Here is the link for the W10 Realtek BT driver you need...

This package contains the installation package driver for Realtek bluetooth in the laptop models running a supported operating system.

You will find that you need to cancel your your iPhone Bluetooth device pairing (or any other device that already, it can be associated with) until you can pair it with your watch. If it is paired with your iPhone:

To connect a Bluetooth headset or other Bluetooth with your Apple Watch device:

    • Turn on your Bluetooth device in discovery / pairing mode (follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of the device).
