My laptop screen is black

I have a PC Compaq Presario CQ56-103SG and lately I've been having problems with the computer. When I turn it on the screen is empty, and it seems that it is not open a session in Windows (because when it goes into Windows it usually makes the welcome sound) the Capslock led flashes, the CD player works, the wireless light is red on the left side in one of the USB ports, it has a small light that flickers a bit and then stops after I turned on the computer. The laptop battery works, works of AC adapter (light where the adapter connects to the turns on when I connect it), I tried to do the thing where you remove the battery and unplug the adapter and turn on the So everything works except the screen is blank, I connected another monitor to see if it's the GPU that is bad or my laptop , but my other computer monitor detects all which leads me to believe that it is not my laptop screen, but something else. The other thing here is good that sometimes when I turn on the laptop, the screen and everything is going as usual (the orange screen with the COMPAQ logo rises, the Windows logo, etc...) but when I turn off and then try to come back again, the screen is blank, and I turn it on and the several times until the computer decides to work normally. At the moment I'm in my CQ56 - 103SG Notebook PC and I have not really done anything for her, and I afraid to disable it again because I feel like it does not want to work more (especially since my warranty has expired), another thing I have, is when the computer detects a new USB, my printer, or my hard drive it makes the usual "noise detection. , but the screen goes black and it won't return to normal until I move my finger across the touchpad (sometimes it darkens again and I have my finger on the touch pad several times and finally when it detects any that it detects a stop). GoTo all programs search and type in Recovery Manager click that above and open it. Click Yes (white box) so it apears. Select Microsoft System Restore Click next to three windows now you will see a list of dates, select a date prior to the installation of the update, then click. Let the computer do its restoration. Once done see if your problem is solved, if so try the update again, make you that the update is for 64-bit Windows 7 computers before you download it again. If that happens again once you know what AVG is not compatible for your computer.

    Probably you have only received part of the witch update caused this problem due to the disruption of atmospheres. Sometimes this happens. Put day of my HP only made once.     My laptop screen is black after I updated to windows, and then did a registry clean up & optimization.  I tried to go into safe mode to try to overthrow windows reverts to its previous state feasible, but I can't get into safe mode.  I tried to press F8 or F8 and Shift together key but the windows loads normally, and then the screen stays black.  I can see the mouse and she is white and sensitive.

    Someone help please pointing me in the right direction of what to do to get it working again.

    See if you can access the Windows system restore using the following method.

    Stop of the laptop and leave it like that for 10 seconds.

    Tap here to f11 as soon as you press the power button until you see a message "Windows is loading.

    On the next screen, select your Keyboard Layout and on the next screen, select Troubleshooting.

    Select 'Advanced Options', and then select System Restore.

    Click on yourcurrent system O and then wait as the system restore window opens.

    Choose a restore point at least 48 hours before the problem arose first and then proceed with the restoration of the system.

  • Failed to start the laptop - screen remains black

    My laptop does not start. Power led and load are also on, HDD LED, but has black screen.
    If I hit F12 when starting with my recovery disk in, I can hear the CD being run/search but screen remains black.
    Seems to me that the (bios) boot is corrupted. Anyone can advice?

    As far as I know that these issues are resolved for the most part in combination with the BIOS and update the display driver.
    Maybe you should try to update both of them.

    No, my laptop model is HP Pavilion dv6 1337tx. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. So, today, I shut my laptop down by force by pressing the power button because it did not at this time. Then the next time I turned it the wrong problem started. Whenever I'm on the HP logo sometimes and then the Windows logo comes also. But then the screen stays black and the mouse cursor appears. So, what can be the cause of this problem? I also tried to open with 'safe mode' and 'safe mode with command prompt', but they did not help either.

    Note - I tried the method of discharge after taking off the battery and holding down the power button. He could not help. All LEDS are working properly. I have no extra monitor, so I can't check the display elsewhere. Also, I ran the memory test which shows that everything is fine. Please suggest what I can do now as I can not enter the laptop now. What can be the reason?

    Have you turned off the laptop before you close the lid?

    You get an error message when you restart?

    You can try to use the keyboard and check if it works.

    If it works, then you can try to change the options for the keyboard power settings and check.

    a. Click Start, click Run, type control keyboard and then click OK.

    b. click on the Hardware tab, and then click Properties.

    c. click Change settings

    d. click the power management tab and check that allow it this device to wake the computer is turned on.

    Anyway, at this point on whenever I plug the HDMI Cable my computer screen making mobile curtains blackout and nothing he will answer to display anything...  I had to unplug the cable and reset it réinitialisez_(: (afin d'obtenir l'écran d' ordinateur portablepour)  If I let the plugins of HDMI cable, it will be blackout after it surging, the ms logo.

    My best guess, not knowing what updates you have loaded, would be that you got a video update from Microsoft that may not be 100% compatible with your laptop.  I would go to the manufacturer website and download the latest video drivers for your laptop and install them according to the manufacturer's suggestions.
