My lightroom says that my trial has expired, but I have never had a trial. I bought Lightroom 6 (CD version only, office) and installed on my computer. Now I can't import pictures and it'e telling me my trial happened to expire. Help, please.

  It has never been compatible, or Windows 7, the first was 8.1. This is not to say that you can not have been lucky before.

• I can't get firefox to work at all. One day last week it just stopped working. He always says that the connection has expired.

  No, it is not AFAIK. You can try back LR 6 and then buy the subscription of photographers. You will need to contact Adobe about this.
