  If the computer is on a domain then there are at least two accounts that can be used to remove the computer from the domain:

  • A domain administrator account.
  • A local administrator account.

  You can try to fix it with Safe Mode - repeatedly press F8 as you bootup. The ADMIN account in trunk
  Mode has no default password (unless someone has changed the password so it should be available).

• Problems with additional accounts

  Works with Windows Vista Business SP2. When I create a new account, several graphics on the sidebar displayed-only to see the square box with the red x in it. (for example, on the clock gadget included, when you set up the clock, where it should show an example of chart clock, I only see the place with the red x). I also note that the images on several web pages in IE7 also not displayed (again as the square with the Red Cross). All works fine with the original account set up when the software has been installed initially. Any help would be appreciated.

  It's weird. Sidebar works in 'account of origin' Philippe not in other accounts. Makes no sense.

Then I deleted all the bloatware that came with the laptop Toshiba, especially all the Junk Norton programs. I installed the 97 pending Windows updates with a clean boot and - abracadabra - problem solved!

  It is my daughter portable computer, but, like any other college kid, she ended up downloading a lot of junk. Since I am the administrator, I'll now have parental control on his laptop computer.

  You should be able to change the name on your ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com/Apple. Sign in to your ID in the first section (account), click on the "Edit" button, and the name on the account should be included among the information that you can change.

I created another account Google using my PC and I am trying to add from the Menu--> Settings--> accounts--> add--> Google account and by signing then to my new Google account, but it won't let me. It keeps saying "cannot establish a connection of reliable data on the server. I have 3G coverage full where I tried to add the new Google account and tried to add other places as well. I have 'data base' are checked, as well as "Data roaming" within the parameters of the data delivery. I read in another thread that you may need to do a hard reset and then add all your Google represents both. That seems pretty extreme.
