  When the printer prints, you will see a small printer icon to the taskbar (lower-right). Click it and you'll see the files that are printing. If you view the document, please remove it from the print queue.

  If this is not enough, then proceed as follows.

  1. type Services.msc in the box Start of search and press on enter.

  2. Locate the print spooler and right click on the service and then click stop.

  3. when the Print Spooler service is stopped, go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all the files mentioned in the record. This will clear the current print jobs.

  4. once the files are deleted, return to the Services window and start the service print spooler.

I manually shut down the computer with the power button and when I turned it back on it went just in mode without end "logout".   Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists, if the question does not persist then perform the clean boot and check if the problem resolves.

  My iMac recently started having a problem where the system gets a touch SPACEBAR which will not stop. I think that is what is happening based on the spaces added to the text on the screen in different applications, and from the keyboard Viewer which shows the SPACEBAR constantly depressed.

  This isn't a device keyboard problem. I tried several keyboards. I also tried to unplug all connected to the mac and rebooting. The problem persists. I stop after several reboots (which seems a coincidence). I have also reset the PRAM, which seemed to have fixed, but now he is back (after about 24 hours).

  I don't know what else to try. I have not installed new hardware in the computer, since I bought it (upgrade of ram). It worked fine for 1.5 years.

  Try resetting the SMC by iMac SMC and PRAM reset, it may take several resets to work.

  Acrobat IX is no longer available for download. Acrobat 9 Pro license is platform specific, so it does not work on your Mac in any case.

  You buy Acrobat DC for your Mac.

  I have the latest updates installed in Mac OS, Adobe CC and Microsoft Office, but as soon as I open Outlook that asking me to activate whenever I open it from the start up, I lose the SPACEBAR shortcut in InDesign.

  Anyone know what causes this.

  Found the solution, I got the new Outlook installed, but not the newest installation of office 2016.

  Installed all the new office which has refreshed my version with slightly updated and everything works great!
