My MG6320 will not print a copy.

My MG6320 will not print a copy.  It will print from my PC and it will scan.  But when I try to print I get an error message telling me that I'm in the paper, but I'm not.  Someone at - it experience something like that or know a solution?

You want to make sure that the size of the page and the type selected in the printer matches the size and type of paper you are trying to copy to try and solve the problem.  To change the size of the page and the type selected when copying, please follow the steps located here.

  • C4780 will not print or copy in black; Color looks OK

    HP Photosmart c4780 not print or copy in black. Color seems to print OK. Both cartridges display complete. Problem started after an error message appears that says he has been a failure of the black cartridge. I replaced the black cartridge with a new one.  Alignment printed with only the page surface color - no black areas. Took test page of the HP utility and still printed with surfaces of color only - no black areas. Tried to make a black copy directly on the printer and it acted like it was printing, but just put a page of the Bank. Alignment has tried once again, cleaned heads and a reset (disconnect), but doesn't change anything.  Even after replacing the cartridge completely black again with another new black cartridge, it will still not print from the computer or make a copy of the all-in-one in black.

    I have a Macbook Pro Mac OS X 10.6.8 but these problems occur when you use the HP Photosmart c7180 all-in-one device to make a copy or print a test page.

    The cartridge seems to have a problem. What you can do is to call our technical support at the 800-474-6836 and the agent can determine if the cartridge is defective, and if it is still covered by the warranty date on the cartridge. If defective, and still in warranty, they can then send you a replacement cartridge.     I'm glad that you were able to get your printer to start to make a copy once again, Muzzik.  If this proposal does not work, first check all your ink levels.  Black test consists of all colors that come together to make black.  It is a process that occurs when you print from your PC.  The letter 'e' indicates error with your photo in black and.  It could also mean your ink cartridge door is open according to the document below, but then it would print at all if that was the case.

    I have recently upgraded to the version of windows in 10 home edition 1511.  I have a HP4480 that is compatible with windows 10.  It is updated with the correct drivers.

    My printer will be printed in black and white if I copy a document on the printer, HOWEVER it will not print in black and white if I print a document on my laptop or from a Web page.  I'm also using Microsoft Edge.

    I run Scan Doctor, clean my print heads, made sure everything is aligned, but can not determine why I can not print in black and white the computer laptop but can from the printer.

    The diagnostic message only I received is "peripheral composite USB does not work with USB 3.0' I have no idea what this means and don't think that I have the choice for the ports on my Inspiron 15R laptop 5520.»

    I've also posted on the Microsoft forums but really need to get the printer works with the operating system and cannot afford to buy a new printer just because I upgraded.

    I solved the problem.  For some reason, my real print HP 60 cartridge was the question.   Almost empty, I left forward without problem.  Once I replaced the cartridge, all now print correctly in black and white.

The printer will copy in black, print a test page started from the printer, but will not print anything in black from the computer.     Welcome to the Forums of HP Support! I see that you are facing problems with your HP Envy 7640. You cannot print in black ink when printing from your computer running Windows 8 operating system.

    You are able to make black copies and test pages have black ink on them. This is called a composite black, so he draws from all cartridges to produce a black as text.

    Clear printer spooler files and select the spooler service.
