  Hello, I just signed up today. I have the Curve 9360 Apollo, I can't send BBM in the last 3 days, it only shows check without "D" or "R" and obviously my friend will not be the message.

  Here's the situation:

  -BBM Contact Status Update (recent updates) seems normal, I can see the updates.

  -I can receive all BBM sent me, PIN request work well this way.

  -I can browse the Internet

  -Push email working fine

  -No problem with Blackberry ID

  -J' have plenty of BIS data plan service provider, I think that's not service provider problem, because I can navigate, push email, updates work.

  The only thing that does not is that I can not send any BBM BBM contact.

  I tried to do this:

  -Pulling and reinsert the battery

  -reload OS, currently using BlackBerry Handheld Software v7.1.0.1647 (all languages)

  -Remove the maintenance book to remove entry

  -the reinstatement of host Routing Table, it is my host routing information;

  

  -Reset the device and use a different blackberry ID, but not luck

  My my device is connected to a server that is currently had problem BBM. I have another device, Bold 9790, with even the network carriers, normal work. Differences is given in the IP/Port host routing information. My "BOLD" has (or connected to (?)) IP/Port 206.51.26.192:18815:18810 in the meantime my abnormal Curve 9360 has IP as shown on the screenshot above.

  Then, someone at - there have any idea?

  OK, finally I managed to make it work.
  Today I decided to use the SIM card from another provider of services, AXIS Indonesia in my case, after changing, I get gateway IP diferent and normal BBM work, then I go to previous service provider (IND - XL) and ask them to change my smart SIM card and bam! I got new gateway IP pretty much the same thing as the gateway ip of my bold work 9790. Here my new host routing information:

  Hi, quick question.

  I just went to a Telus authorized dealer to get a wall charger so I can have a second charger for my Curve 9360. When I got home, I noticed that the little written on the packaging says that it is for the storm 9530.

  The connection is part of my phone, but they put the sticker "guaranteed no if removed" during the section of the magazine that says what is the output of the charger. Does anyone know if the 9530 charger is compatible with the 9360?

• The new curve of blackBerry Smartphones / Weird indicator of State

  Hi all

  THANK you very much for this group!  So much useful information here.

  The other day, I finally pulled the trigger and bought my new curve.  Everything has been really good so far.  But this morning I woke up to a strange status indicator that I can't erase.  I have searched all over the net but just can't understand it.  Maybe someone here can help.  Here's what I have...

  • Sprint service
  • Using the BB Dimension icon theme
  • The indicator is a little less the 1 in the 1XEV near the top of the screen
  • The indicator is a number 1 with what looks like a round, smiling face to the right.  There is a red star up which makes it look like a new message indicator.
  • I now have new emails (either from exchange. or one of my accounts POP3, no new messages SMS, no missed calls, no voicemail
  • I have also all my icons unhid so I could see if there were 'new' alerts to hide.  Nothing.

  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

  Find the app on your home screen or in an application folder, and then open it. You will probably find a new message or a contact waiting to accept.

  OK, my wife just got a new little used 8300. We have put the sim card and everything worked fine. with the exception of the email. We did call today and tell att we wanted as a BB data plan.   I love my phone but my complaint is the trackpad and keyboard, trackpad is a little loose and keyboard is so difficult and makes it a looot of noise. I bought this phone to India but now I am in the United Arab Emirates and when I saw the phones here they have incredibly n awesomely sweet silent keyboard n! I'm guessing that the new coins are good... my question is my only chance, I can go back and complain after 6 months, when I'll be back in India... is it ok? And is it sufficient reason at the request of a new piece after 6 months? Need help please!

  It won't hurt to ask since you are in another country.  I would say to contact the place where you got the first phone, explain your situation and see what support options are available.

  I bought a replacement battery for camera of a colleague; I bought it at a great price for a well known auction site. It happened and I'm suspicious about him. The battery is covered by a sticky label and the hologram is not authentic.
