  I noticed that while I was sitting in my house hot here in the Philippines using my headphones so that connected iPhone on my desktop... Whenever the volume control on the headset touch my neck in a cold sweat, I'd get a shock.  It's the headset provided with the iPhone I bought in the United States then I went to the iPhone for my wife, helmet, which were purchased at an Apple store here in Asia, and I am shocked again.

  See if you can replicate these results: take any pair of iPhone headphones, plug them into the regular headphone jack on a computer.

  The volume on the speakers to the phone is great. Volume and clarity are roughly on par with the HTC phones line. Nice and loud and very clear. However, when I use headphones (currently with one of my old iPhones headphones), I notice the maximum volume is not so strong. It seems that the other devices I've used these headphones on, the max volume was much stronger.
