My old PC crashed, how do I get all my favorites on my new PC?

Firefox stores all my favorites somewhere so that I can get back them on my new PC? If this isn't the case, I have a copy of most of my favorites in a folder in Windows Explorer, how to import them, mass, to my new favorite?

In Internet Explorer:

File > Import/Export - Export to HTML file

then in Firefox:

Bookmarks > show all bookmarks-> import and backup - import HTML... = HTML file
