  Who is your mail server? Usually, what is after the @ in your address. Windows is not a host name, account or server.

I already have three created for me by Thunderbird address books. Add all new addresses to one of those, I'm not afraid to remove the other address books, because some of their addresses are not repeated in my address book "main". So if I delete all the names in one of the existing books, I need to create a blank book that will not mix the addresses with those of an another address book. HOW CAN I CREATE AN ADDRESS BOOK EMPTY? I want to be able to create multiple mailing LISTS using the addresses in this new book, I will eventually have an address book special with a variety of mailing lists, that I can use as I want to.

• BlackBerry smartphone Outlook 2003 will not be synchronized with the Desktop Manager 5.0

  I just bought a Blackberry 8900 and have installed Desktop Manager 5.0 on my PC.  I can't get my BB to sync with Outlook 2003.  When I try to configure synchronization settings, I selects the device app and click Calendar.  Then it asks what application I want to synchronize with and I select Microsoft Outlook.  Then I select two way sync (although I tried both of the clocks of a both ways and I have the same message).  I then click on elements only future transfer.  Then I get a runtime error: value of the Option is unacceptable.  Check the properties of the option.  I tried to uninstall Desktop Manager, and put it back - both from the provided CD and also on the BB site.  Any ideas on what I can do to get the sync to work?

  Last update automatic installed something that told me that the Office Outlook 2003 is an invalid program.  I do not understand why, after all these years that I used it, it should suddenly become non-genuine!

  Its always possible that the MS Genuine tool has only been updated with the fraudulent key, so you're only now become aware.

  I upgraded that computer from Vista to Windows 7 64 bit. I have decided to switch from Outlook 2003 to Windows Live Mail, but cannot find a way to export my old mails from Outlook to WinMail. I read it online through Outlook Express 6 as an intermediary, but when I tried, it turns out that you can not install OE6 on a 64-bit computer.

  So I am at a loss. How can I move my old mails from Outlook 2003 to WinMail?

  You are welcome!  Outlook Express is part of Windows XP, so do not install it.  Here are the highlights:

  1. start Outlook, import the .pst file, quit Outlook.
  2. start Outlook Express, import messages from Outlook, close Outlook Express.
  3. copy the Outlook Express store folder in Windows 7.  To find its location, click Tools > Options > maintenance > store folder .
  4. start Windows Live Mail, import messages from the Outlook Express store folder.

  I think that this will pick up all accounts.

  This means that the password is not accepted. It is typed wrong on the phone, or misspelled or you must reset the password again.

  Have you by any chance changed any server options when you were changing your e-mail iPhone settings?

  All messages are actually downloaded? If you do an another send/receive manually, the same messages to download again? If you are not sure, check your server Webmail site.
   
  Check also other files, especially not with one more sigh at the front.
   
  If you have message rules, temporarily uncheck all.

  For the last few months I spend hours ranging from help in support of sites etc sites, try to change my Windows live mail 2011 ID so I could e-mail. Somehow be an absolute genius, I entered an ID Yahoo active as my windows live mail ID. Whenever I'm on a MSN site (and sometimes others) when accessing "share or email" it automatically opens a Windows live mail sending form. It still shows my address like this Yahoo address and I get a failure. For any consultation of everyone else, it is the actuall message:

  Try this:

  Click the Start button, select Control Panel and click Add/REMOVE. On the page Add/Remove to find the windows live essentials and click on modify it / remove button. This will display a page that offers the possibility to uninstall or repair. Check the button fix and on the next page, select this option to repair windows live mail. I hope this helps.
