First of all, check that the "repeat" feature is not enabled. The following article gives some information about the feature 'repeat' and what to look for.
The "Shuffle and repeat your music" section provides this information:

- When I try to play any song/music list Apple it skip to the next song. And the next. With a second delay. Apple music is currently unusable.
I used the Apple music with no problems for about 6 months.
Latest version of iTunes (126.96.36.199) and OS X (10.11.6) installed on a Mac Pro.

I had the same problem. I plugged my Wireless Studio Beats and checked my firmware using Updater bat and found out there was a (2.1.8) update. After you have installed and (importantly) not matching and rematching the beats of my iPhone, Apple music was working normally again, and I was getting disconnected when changing tracks more. I'm digging music Apple, but I have the impression that they continue to move my cheese. I'll listen to an album, not usually add it to the local device unfortunately then I look for the album and it is gone.
The songs are able to be searched in the system individually, but not in the list of reading/album format. Pretty frustrating. Apart from many examples, the most recent is Magical Mystery Tour - the Beatles. Thursday, it's in their library, Sunday, it's as if it never happened. All the songs are there, but I can't find the album in the library for a consistent experience. It is the latest example, but I struggled through it before.

I see that you want to sort your music by the song, not the artist. When you say that you like the new format, I guess you have upgraded and use iOS 10. If this is the case, you can go to settings > music > songs sort & Albums, you can choose to sort by title there.
If you do not use iOS 10, let know us which version you are using, and from there, we can go.
