• "Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working" on the new installation.

  Just loaded LR v 6.0 of disk. Whenever pop, 'Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working' window and the only option is to close the program. I use Windows 10 with Intel HD graphics card. I looked at the Lightroom 6 Preferences.AGPREFS file to disable the graphics card, but the file is empty anyway. I also started the Lightroom.exe with administrator rights.   I suspect that when you print the test page to Six Solution it won't be black ink on the page.  Most likely, the computer that you have displayed to print in black has its media parameters on photo paper, which uses color inks to print in black.

  If the printer is under warranty I would Contact HP for replacement.

  I tried the feature "Add a printer" windows default in Control Panel, and my printer is finally functional - only when used wireless. However, if I connect the USB cable from my printer, it will be recognized as a different printer and always unsuccessfully installed the drivers for it.

However, in recent weeks, we noticed that we were no longer able to print from a laptop, and a few days ago, I was unable to print from the office. When I try to print from the office, the print job seems to go to the print queue, but is then removed from the queue. I then get an error message

  Sometimes to do a simple uninstallation / reinstallation is not do the trick, and we try to remove all the software from the computer completely. Most of the drivers available at HP have a scrubber utility that removes all traces of the software on the computer and allows you to reinstall the software fresh. We should start there and see if that gets us running.

  I recommend you to do all this on the Vista machine. Once we have a working computer we can then pass from there to other laptops.

  Here are the instructions to use the tool of the scrubber. There are two sets of instructions, one for if you have installed the drivers from the HP website or if you have installed the drivers from the CD that came with your printer. Follow the instructions for your installation accordingly.

  Of the Original installation CD:
  1. Insert the CD in the drive and then cancel Setup
  2. open my computer and click right then on the CD from the drive and select open
  3 open the Util folder
  4 open the CCC folder
  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.bat. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.bat
  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer
  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup
  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  9 download drivers and full software features

  Solutions come in different flavors.

  While Firefox is my own browser of choice for several reasons, I understand that everyone wants change browsers just to print a document.  The smile.  On the other hand, I find myself using Internet Explorer on occasion when Firefox is stubborn on a particular issue - sometimes just adapt to the situation.

  There should be a permanent solution for IE - can - be another Expert or someone else will chime.
