my printer tells me to check my ink (color cartridge) but Istill get the same disorder. When Iput returns continuous blinking light.

my printer in a single hppsc1610all, keeps telling me to check my color cartridge, so I remove and reseating it still continue to do the same. I USE A NEW BASKET. THIS CAN BE CORRECTED? OR DO iBUY a NEW PRINTER? AND IF SO BUY A WIRELESS NETWORK?

Contact HP for help with this, as it is a hardware problem with the printer. It is not a problem of Windows, or Microsoft.
