  Try the following.

  In Control Panel, open administrative tools and select abuse.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.
   
  Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted.

  Your configuration will not work. If you want to use 3 screens (laptop screen + 2 external monitors) on your machine, you need more hardware. One option is to use the port replicator USB ports that supports the double monotors or DisplayLink certified. I posted my arounf tests last year.

  I managed to uninstall with REVO Uninstaller. This removed the driver original from the Add/REMOVE program possibly a result.  This then allowed me to install the driver that you recommended to your link above. I ran out of time yesterday to test if the printer has worked with the new download, so I'll have to try again later today to see if it works. I would grab with result.
