  I use Rainmeter to a clean desk and off my recycling bin, then it would not be displayed on the desktop. I used to access via a shortcut, but I ran CCleaner and it has removed these shortcuts.   Thanks for the link! In fact, I discovered that if I go to windows Explorer and type "basket" in the address bar, it will show me the contents of the cell, which is all I really need in the end.   How the pictures came on the iPad?   I'm sure that you have accidentally deleted the Recycle Bin icon and you can restore it whenever you want. To do this, go to personalization in Control Panel.

  On the left side you will find the option Change desktop icons. Please open and check box in front of the trash option. Go to OK and you will have new bin on the desktop.

  I run the files and Settings Transfer Wizard to update my new laptop with my old stuff. Now recycle bin icon on the desktop is missing.
