  Last night around 20:00 I watched a video without problem, Youtube closed my browser and did other things for a while.   -check if mute is not activated
  -check if all the volume controls are set to a higher value
  -check if the sound using headphones

  If this is not successful, you must reinstall the audio driver.
  First go to Device Manager and uninstall the audio driver. Restart the device
  Download the audio driver from the Toshiba page, then reinstall it. Reboot once again and test the sound.
