  I noticed in the last few months that would save a number of bookmarks in the toolbar or bookmarks menu. When I closed firefox and then returned to his bookmarks were not there. • The documents will not be printed.

  The Adobe documents will not print. I tried to turn off the printer and the computer for specific hours. I tried to reinstall and setting of the software. I tried printing an image. I tried to download the document and re-register under a different name. Adobe documents simply do not print after the end update of last week (end of October 2014).   A colleague stumbled on a solution on my end. He went to the start menu and open devices and printers. Make a right click on the printer is the printer that is having problems. Click printer properties. Click on the Advanced tab click Print Processor... and 2 columns appeared on my end. The selection on the left side was 'hpzpplhn' and was changed to "winprint". After this change, documents pdf printed for me. I hope this helps others with this awful frustration of the update from Adobe!

  It is possible that there is a problem with key3db and signons.sqlite files that store the encrypted names and passwords in Firefox.

  I recently upgraded from LabVIEW 8.5.1 LabVIEW 2010.  This exposed the code upgrade to me for the first time in the Installer properties.  I have 3 installers for my product.  Ideally they would replace each other, but at the moment (or at least in the recent past) simply replace themselves.

  I wanted to make sure that that would still be the case after this update, so I installed an older version of a basic product, then a newly reconstructed version of basic, and it replaced the old (as determined by looking at the Add/Remove Programs list).

  However, when I tried the same test with the full version, the newly created Installer has NOT replaced the previous installation of the full version.  I have read on this forum upgrade Codes and pulled out my old project file (8.5.1) to make sure I don't accidentally hit the button "Generate new code for upgrade", but of course, when I opened it in LabVIEW 2010, she had the same code to upgrade to the full version of the current program.

  Can someone tell me why it would replace another product with the same upgrade code?

  In the form of extra credit, can anyone tell me if there is a way to change my installers at the moment so that they will not only replace older versions of themselves, but also now replace them as well?  I'm guessing that the answer is no, it is not possible, but just thought I'd throw out there, just in case.  I thought to change all codes upgrade to be the same, but it is more important for my clients to be able to upgrade their existing versions correctly and then to be able to change the versions correctly (not i.e. not leave the old version listed as installed).

  Well, I realized that somehow my Installer got marked as 'auto increment product version' and started a version number less than my previous version, which explains why it has not replaced the previous version despite having the same upgrade code.  I corrected to have a higher version number, and then it worked, replacing the old version as expected.

  I'll mark this solution (which feels a little weird to mark my own post ), but I'd still appreciate it if someone has a magic solution to the question of additional credit in the original post.

  I thought about it. You cannot use a / in the description on the menu scan. If you use one / scan disappears. Take the / out and it will on request.

  In Windows Explorer when I click on properties of document in the drop-down list to a file, ALL my PDF files lack the document properties.  I deleted and re-installed my Adobe Acrobat 8 Standard, but the properties are still reported missing.  Adobe says that there is nothing wrong with my Acrobat installation because the properties appear in the Acrobat program.  They just will not be displayed in a window of Windows Explorer.  I need to be able to see the document properties, then, how can I fix.  I can't insert to attach jpg showing what I mean.

  Looks like you might be confused about what do models DW (.dwt files).

  Model DW are not used by the server, they are only used locally by DW himself. Download a .dwt the server does nothing for the child pages on your server.

  When you change a .dwt file, DW asks to update all the pages associated with it (you might have broken depending on whether the error). When you click "Update" DW changes all child pages associated with the .dwt locally. You then download all of these child changed pages.

  The .dwt itself needs to be on the server, if you plan to share it with someone.

  If you do not use a .dwt, could you explain your workflow a little more in detail?
