  a. If it functioned very well under Windows 7 before?

  ·         I suggest you to disable your firewall security software and check if you are able to play the game.

  If you use a mouse running on battery, then please replace the batteries to see if that solves the problem.

  Also check the underside of the batttery for signs of debris (lint/dust) which could interfere with the infrared light... (kick across the box to remove dust)

• Whole computer freezes randomly. Browser hangs and then all websites load - Ctrl + Alt + Del then freezes

  This started happening yesterday for no reason. I start my PC, and everything loads very well.   What are the minimum requirements required by the game.

  Windows Vista, XP, Me, 2000, or 98

  1.0 GHz or faster processor

  256 MB or more RAM (512 MB required for Windows Vista or running with several expansion packs installed)

  At least 5.5 GB of free space on the hard disk

  DirectX 9 compatible .0c map video with 32 MB or more memory (64 MB for Windows Vista) and one able to t & following chipsets: ATI Radeon 8500 or greater (9600 or greater required for Vista); NVIDIA GeForce 2GTS or more (GeForce 6200 or greater required for Vista)

  Card compatible DirectX 9 .0c.

  Make sure you have the graphics card that meets the above requirement.

  Uninstall and reinstall the updated drivers for your graphics card from the computer manufacturer's website or graphics card manufacturer's Web site.

  Uninstall the game and reinstall it back and check if you still face the same problem.

  Put your computer in a clean boot the game game and check if you are still having the same problem.

  To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista, follow these steps.

  I have a laptop TOSHIBA SATELITE P300-h-13.
  When I turn it on, it starts before blocking immediately down and then it restarts itself (twice).

  Then it freezes in THOSHIBA default start screen.
  I can't access BIOS (says it charges but nothing happens).

  If I press the ESC key, I got a screen saying that the processor is detected and it gives me the ability to L2 cache, it says the RAM passed and then it indicates that the Bios system & video are overshadowed.

  I tried without the battery, but it doesn't change anything.

  I don't know why this is happening and it's really strange question that should not happen on the new laptop.
  In such situations, you can simply try standard measures and see if it will work properly again.

  By the way: how old is your laptop? Have you noticed this behavior from the first day?

  In any case, try to enter in the BIOS somehow and set it to default settings. try to enter Advanced boot options using F8 at the start and check if the installation of operating system work (during the first backup of data, if possible).

  If nothing helps I would recommend not to do anything, but contact the nearest authorized service provider. Let them check your laptop computer and, if necessary, repair. Warranty will cover all costs.

• Windows m player dia will not play a cd. It starts and then stops and then freezes

  It will play all the music library but not from a cd in my dvd/cd drive. It plays for about 20-30 seconds and then stops, if you click on the screen it faints and freezes.

  No, it's typical for the VMS version 6 of virtual and higher material.  Freezes most is either peripheral applications of diskette/CD-ROM or disk writes logging/debugging.

  This isn't normal behavior, try first restart Bridge by pressing the option key, and then choose Reset prefs and purge central cache.

  This means that you must reset the custom settings in pref (not a big task if you have tons of defined custom file type associations) and you must recache your files (this takes some time depending on the amount and size of the file)

  If this does not work, you will need to provide more details on what version of bridge that you are using and what version of Mac OS x. how much of RAM you have installed and free disk how much space is left on your system.

I've updated the video driver, but has not made any change in the display.  The second question may or may not be related, is that when printing the left quarter of the page is out of the page. The page size of the document is 11 x 17 and I select to fit the printable area, to 8 1/2 x 11 landscape. the page is up and down but that is long left right. Opened and printed the document very well on another computer with Acrobat 8 Standard.
