I downloaded Adobe Shockwave 12.0.9.149 in Firefox and activated in the plug ins. He always tells me that I need to download the Adobe Flash Player. I downloaded it. In firefox, when I try to download it again, he told me that my antivirus software would I want to download the software, it does. I allows people with reduced mobility and it still does not work. It does not appear the yellow download now bar that displays in Internet Explorer. I need FF for a correct use of my company's Web site. I can watch videos on youtube/espn fine under IE, but he always tells me to download it when I'm in FF. I got FF several times but have not restarted my computer if that's the case. I'm going now. If not, please let know us what I may need to take action.

• After having recently updated Firefox, I lost my menu bar Freecorder. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does not appear. It is in internet explorer, but not firefox

  To insert a toolbar in Firefox, Freecorder needs to install an add-on Firefox in addition to its own program.

  The standard response from their tech support is to uninstall and reinstall:

  Which depends on the program involved. Some programs will use the default browser , that the user has defined in preferences, while others will use the browser that comes with the operating system. IE in the case of Safari on Mac and Windows.

• My Menu text renders correctly in Internet Explorer, but not in Chrome?

  I spent the last two years, construction of a huge site, but the menu text will not be rendered properly in Chrome. The menu looks great in IE, but not in Chrome. I have not yet checked the other web explorers such as Safari or Mozzilla.

  I tried everything I can think of. I created a character and styles for the menu text paragraph. I treid using a font Standard (Arial and Helvitica) and also Adobe's Web font (cabin), but nothing has yet fixed it.

  Can anyone help - I am not able to code and have used the Muse because it is WYSIWYG.

  (1) did you check with other applications if printing is displayed as expected?

  (2) how exactly you want to print?

  Problem could be linked to the layout and settings; You can follow the steps mentioned below:

  (a) open your Email in a new window

  (b) if the images are cut off the coast, click on "File-> Print Preview", and in the toolbar, set "scale:" to "Shrink to fit", if a different setting is displayed.

  (c) if the part of the text is cut off, try setting "scale:" 100% in print preview mode.

  (d) in addition, make sure that it is set to the right paper size.
