  Found the answer on my own. After the support of four hours on the phone with Skype and Nokia, I found an obscure post who spoke to change the program that is allowed to view the details of notifications on the lock screen. I did once all call me came by when the phone is locked. Skype support had no idea and wanted that I reset my Nokia phone. To solve the problem the problem go to settings - Notifications and Skype as the program which can shoe and particulars under Notifications.
