My SRW2008 'falls' the link to other devices, what to do?

I have a SRW2008 who worked without problem for several years. It is installed as the main switch in my local network.

Recently, I've enabled the jumbo frames, but regretted and he subsequently invalid.

During the turn it off, I was asked to click on a webview restart button to restart the switch, which unfortunately resulted in an infinite loop.

I found a fix online and made as described, connected using serial connection and deleted a file 'config '. Now the button started again.

Devices, however, do not know if this is a result of resetting, but now the switch removes the link to.

Usually less than an hour, I can't any traffic through the switch, at least on some ports. If I can still access it on wearing my workstation, I can simply open the Web display, disable the port, on which, I want to connect (out) and and turn it back on. That's all working again. Same result if I unplug the unit on the outgoing port and plug it back. It is simply not acceptable to do 10 times a day.

The device, which is generally "disconnected" is a ReadyNas NVX. I've seen the same behavior for my workstation-map port switch 5 which is also connected to the SRW2008. The link lights simply turns off on my 5 switch ports, and I have to unplug it and re - plug for a link again.

It could be a problem caused by delays due to no traffic, or may be related to resetting the config, I have no idea.

What should I do from here?

Maybe a long shot and my calleagues may disagree.

I love the SRW2008, I use a SRW2008P in my applications and would not lose the use of it.

It might be interesting to perform a software upgrade even with the version currently available code, just to update the operating system in flash memory.

Then, perform a factory reset to initialize the configuration and records.

It might be a waste of time, or it might not.  My thoughts are that something got corrupted which can happen to flash memory.

Just a thought.

    Start Windows Explorer, and then see if there is a drive letter assigned for access to the
    drive. If this is not the case, check if the disc is shown in disk management.

    1. Open Computer Management by clicking on the button start , by clicking on Control Panel, system and security, clicking Administrative Tools and then double-click computer management. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
    2. In the left pane, under storage, click Disk Management.

    If there has made a right click option - assign a drive letter for you can use Windows
    Explorer to copy files.

  • Accidentally, I put my Macbook not in the stream with other devices

    It is a real irritable and I hope that someone can help you. I've had my Macbook Pro for about 4 years now but had never used icloud.  When I decided to start doing so yesterday I went in iCloud in settings and seen something like: "Do not allow for synchronization with other devices" and accidentally ticked.  Everything already worked well without using iCloud, but now nothing can be synchronized with the Macbook.  Is there something I can do?  I see that the boot Volume has been changed yesterday who must account for this.

    Questions of clarification - were you when you saw synchronizes them only not in System Preferences/iCloud? If this isn't the case here, where were you? If you go into System Preferences/iCloud can you check the boxes to synchronize?

  • I can't connect wirelessly to the Internet, while other devices are able?

    I can't connect to the Internet with my laptop.  This began a few days ago.  But we can still connect to the Internet via a wireless router with other devices yet.    Page says "Internet explorer cannot display the web page. When I click on diagnose connection problems, he said that it is my router or modem.  But my other devices still work.  I try the other suggestions but they just get into a circle with no result.   Any suggestions?  Ideas with my veryyyyyyy limited knowledge of computers.

    I also had this problem, but my husband seems to have found the answer by searching other responses. The problem seems to be related to windows 8.1.

    If you go to control panel, network and internet, then network and sharing Center, click on your WiFi connection, and then select the power management options, you may find that the option to "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" is checked.

    Uncheck this option seems to have solved my problem, because I had no problems since

  • "unable to connect" iMac to the printer, but other devices peuvent

    I have a HP Officejet which was working fine, then all of a sudden not. When I try to print, I get an error "unable to connect to the printer, will try again in 30 seconds." I deleted the printer several times and added in my preferences, so my iMac can see the printer, but when it comes to print to it, is not going to see it.

    In addition, I have no problem, print on it to my MacBook Pro, nor fact my wife on her MacBook.

    If I type the IP address in a browser on any other device including my iPhone, I can reach HP diagnostics and configuration screen, but my iMac just times out.

    Things I've tried: resetting the printer preferences. Deleting all HP prefs in the library. Updated with the latest version of the software of HP for Snow Leopard. Adding the printer using the IP address. Installed the latest driver from HP, Apple.

    This is a clean installation of 10.6.5 (same OS other Macs are running. This started happening a few days ago and prompted me to do a clean install, as I had other questions. I thought the clean install might clarify the issue, but the problem persists.

    Where did you got your HP software?  Has it labeled as being compatible with 10.6?

    Restart your Mac and your router.

  • PC does NOT automatically connect to the wifi network, other devices do

    I have a pc windows 7, and we have used to have a SIEMENS router + modem via a wifi network. The pc would always auto connect to it.

    We now have a new feature called HOTBOX, used by the new company of internet infrastructure that we moved - HOT.
    I did change the password first because who really cares? His writings on the HOTBOX, my family and my guests can know, and thanks for the auto connect, which i obviously checked when I connected to it, everything should be good. Alas.
    Other devices connect, it's my smartphone nokia, iPhone, PC. Only this computer can not.
    Note: the first time where I put the password on this computer to connect, there is also an option for a fast connection or something like that. I did with my nokia phone, but not with pc - it's an easy way by pressing on a button of twinning on the refrigerator, then you can easily connect or w/e.
    IN ANY CASE! This option seems to have disappeared! Now all that appears when I click on the network name is the password field and a checkbox to auto-connect, no quick option.

  • Why are there "No content found" even after updating the Guide on WMC. I also note that, on the main page of ITV, none of the links are clickable. What gives?

    I removed and re-installed Internet TV for my Home Premium from windows system 7 several times, using an account administrator as well as a standard user account. I find that the ITV homepage is NOT clickable; the links don't point out even when I hover over them (top tv, full episodes, etc.). I also click on an icon of TMZ in alternation, which, once clicked active active search at the top right of the screen button, but when I opt for the Internet TV within the open window radio button I've always found "no content found. Does anyone have an idea here? Confused in Maryland.

  • Can not find the link 'Add a device' on the Synchronize tab

    Hello! I'm trying to do the sync between my two computers.

    I wrote on a laptop and then took to go to another and 'add a device '.

    However, when I click on the Sync tab in the Options there is no "add a device" button... the window is not the same aspect than that of Firefox Help. " Everything that exists in my 'Sync' window is a button called «set up Firefox sync»

    If I click that I get to a page where I can 'connect' to my Firefox sync account. Then I am redirected to a page that says I should go to the other computer and 'add a device '.

    The other computer doesn't have any button called "add a device".

    We have just updated the two computers to the latest version of Firefox, so that can't be it. We are on Windows XP.

    If you see the "Configure the Firefox sync" button if you are going to the Option > Sync tab then it means that synchronization is not installed on this computer.

    You must first create a sync on the first computer account, and then you can connect on the other computer to this sync account.

  • Multiple Copies of the printer under other devices

    I use Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on an HP desktop with a wireless HP printer.  I found hundreds of copies of the printer in the device (see below) Manager.  I was not able to remove an any of them, even if logged on as administrator.  Any ideas?  Thank you

    I would be grateful if you can provide us with the following information to help us better understand the issue.

    1. Did you of recent changes (hardware or software) on your computer?
    2. You have references to the same printer or different printers in the Device Manager list?
    3. How you try to delete the printers?

    Try the following steps to remove the printer.

    1. Right click on desktop, create a new shortcut with the target under 'cmd.exe'.
    2. Right-click on the shortcut, 'run as administrator'
    3. Run the printui tool: printui/s/T2
    4. Try to remove printers. If this does not work...
    5. Click Start > run > Services.msc
    6. Locate the Print Spooler serviceand right click > Properties > stop him.
    7. Open my computer and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\Printers (you need to clickOK'to go to the folder).
    8. DELETE the contents of this folder.
    9. Restart it service print spooler.
    10. Go back into printui utillity (you may need to restart using the same method as above) and try to delete printers again. This time it should work. If necessary, see the "Ports" tab and delete all TCP/IP ports that are associated with the old printer.

    Finally and above all, check other computers on your home network to see if one of these map to the old printer and remove these mappings.

    I'm new to Muse and have a few questions that I hope someone can help me.

    1. is there a way to know what will be the URL on a page? I need to print flyers with a link to them and do not know how to determine what exactly it will be because it is not direct.   • How to fix my usb ports? Not correctly recognize the iPod and other devices of storage correctly.

    I had problems with getting my iPod classic 6th generation to be recognized by my computer windows 7.  It works very well but all of a sudden stopped working.  When I connect the iPod, it says on the product than its 'connected' and is in charge, but does not appear on "my computer" or on iTunes.  Now, I supposed that it was a problem with my apple product, but after putting in the store and plug both Mac and PCs, this worked fine, its clear that it is actually a problem with my specific PC.
    All software are up to date and I tried stop and start the unit. (Control Panel > administrative tools > services > device mobile apple).  The PC also recognizes the iPod randomly once in a while and I managed to restore the iPod to factory settings to ensure that there is no problem with the device itself.

    As stated earlier that the iPod is not visible in 'my computer', but when "devices and printers", there are two elements relating to the iPod, appearing almost as if it's two separate devices. the first is "apple ipod usb device" on the devices section and "Apple mobile device USB driver" in the section not specified.  When I click the first device it freezes the computer for awhile.
    I tried to move the ipod to different USB ports that make no difference.  However, when I put in a pen memory USB (TDK 4 GB), it initially also put it in unspecified, but with a yellow warning down logo on the left and when I moved my wireless usb key for my keyboard, it didn't work initially.  These two seem to have resolved themselves in Device Manager...

    In my view, there is a problem with my usb ports grateful drivers. Any idea what I need to do?

    You are facing problems with the USB ports on the computer.

    Method 1:

    As all devices have same also have USB device associated drivers. Appropriate sometimes drivers not detected after initial installation so reinstalling the drivers can fix the problems.

    You can check after uninstalling and reinstalling USB drivers if you are able to connect. You can disconnect all USB devices and then perform the following steps:

    1. click on start and then click Control Panel.

    2. click on system and Maintenance, click System, and then click Device Manager.

    Note: If Control Panel is in Classic view, double-click System and then click on Device Manager.

    If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.

    3. in Device Manager, double-click to expand the "USB Bus controllers", right click on the controller host, click "Uninstall" and click "OK".

    Check that if at all, there is an exclamation point on the pilot, it suggests problems with the installed driver.

    4. Repeat step 2 to uninstall all items under 'USB Bus controllers'.

    Then, restart your computer and Windows 7 will automatically reinstall all USB controllers.

    Method 3:

    You can update the driver from chipset from the web site of the manufacturer and then uninstall and reinstall the device driver updated from the web site of the manufacturer.

While trying to keep my style sheet, organized and as small as possible, I want to have a style for all the events of a hyperlink in a specific. class. I thought I could do this by creating simply 1 style .class {a} and who would be the appearance of all the States of this hyperlink.

  • HP Elitebook 8570W: driver problem: other devices - device base system and unknown device.

    After doing a clean update on my HP elitebook 8570W I had a few unknown devices in my device manager.

    The first is a device called "base system" in PCI Slot 2 (bus PCI 36, device 0, function 1). I tried everything in my ability to determine what is this device and what drivers to install, so far without success.

    In the same section. other devices, there is another unknown device on PCI Express Root complex that gives me the same headache.

    If the driver above does not installing it automatically, try to install manually.

    To manually install the driver, go to Device Manager, click the Base system device.

    Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.   Select her browse my computer for driver software option and find the folder of the driver that was created when you ran the file.

    The file is located in C:\SWSetup\sp63637

    Make sure that the include subfolders is selected and see the driver installs like that.
