My system crashed and I got this message "c\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll - a dynamic link (dll) library initialization routine failed.
Original title: c\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll
My system crashed and somehow, I was able to find it. c\windows\system32\nvcpl.dll - a library (dll) dynamic link initialization routine failed. Complete reinstallation of my netbook, it worked for 1 day and then resurfaced. Then it happened to my office. I can't get into my netbook to solve it without a complete reinstall, and if it works only for 1 day again then it's a waste of time. Help, please.

I tried the suggestion on the error message and nothing works
Hi Honee,
Please, try the following.
You must boot your PC with the XP cd-rom Setup disk, if you have
one. Then, when you get to the screen with the following option appears:
To repair a Windows XP installation using
Recovery Console, press R.Then press [R] to launch the "Recovery Console".
When confronted by a prompt asking for the administrator password - just
Press [ENTER]After his start in RC - type the following command:
Expand x:\i386\hal.dl_ c:\windows\system32\hal.dll
(where [x] is the letter of your cd drive)
* NB If SP3 is installed - then the command that you type must be:
Copy c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386\hal.dll c:\windows\system32
... instead, because the files are of two different levels of review
(versions).Then restart.
I hope this helps!

I do not understand your question. Download IE8? Do you mean the installer for IE8? It's here.
You try to install KB2618444? They make 3. For IE6, IE7, and IE8. You probably download one from a different version of Internet Explorer you have...
I'm going to guess you really want that for IE8.
That's it: IE8-WindowsXP-KB2618444 - x 86 - ENU.exe -
error message; C:\Windows\System32/igfxres.dll
Hi, I keep getting this error message c:\Windows/system32\igfxres.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error.
I am running windows vista Home premium. Can someone please help?
The file belongs to your Intel video drivers. Install the latest version. Bring:
1. site of the device mftr. ; OR
2. site of the card mother mftr. If the material is on board; OR
3. website of the OEM manufacturer for your specific machine if you have a PC OEM (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).Read the installation instructions on the Web site where you get the drivers.
To find out what hardware is in your computer:
1. read all documentation that you got when you purchased the computer.
2. If the computer is OEM, access the site Web of the OEM for your specific model machine and look at the specs (you'll be there to get the drivers anyway)
3. download, install and run a program of inventory of the free system like Belarc Advisor or System Information for Windows.http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html - Belarc Advisor

samcli.dll is associated with Security Accounts Manager Client and not with Silverlight.

c. find mcenspc.dll
d. right-click on the file, then click on Remove.

I searched the drivers and utilities cd that came w/my computer and the operating system cd and do not find this file there. Don't know what to do from this point on. Cannot remove programs without this file. Thanks for any help!
When you try to open a control panel applet, you see a message like this:
Control Panel
Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\rundll32.exe '. Make sure you typed the name correctly and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click search. If the file is actually missing, it was probably quarantined (actually deleted) by some program antivirus or antimalware you use.
You might want to reconsider some anti-virus or anti-malware software, you use and whether or not they are effective to protect your system.
You can look in the c:\windows\system32 folder and see if the file is actually missing or not, but if it is really missing, you must replace it somehow.
Since the file is one of the protected files 3498 who cares about XP, needed a backup copy of the file on your system in a few other cases. You must do what the message says and search for the file.
Click Start, search, for files and folders... and in the search box, enter:
Rundll32.exe
The click the search button to search for you the hard drive for a copy of the missing file.
You can find a copy of the file that is missing in these folders:
c:\Windows\System32\dllcache
c:\windows\ServicePackFiles\i386If you find a copy in one of these two files, copy and paste it in the c:\windows\system32 folder. There may be other files rundll32.exe on your system of MS updates, but they can only be those you need (they could work maybe).
Answered in the affirmative if invited to replace the existing file.
If you cannot find a copy of the file in one of these two places, there is one on my SkyDrive, you can download. Here's how:
I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 file you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).
You can download it and when you do, place a copy of the file in these two folders (assuming that Windows is installed on your C drive):
c:\Windows\System32
c:\Windows\System32\dllcache (this is where XP keeps backups of important files). Here is the link to my SkyDrive and you can get the file you need here:
https://SkyDrive.live.com/?CID=6a7e789cab1d6f39&ID=6A7E789CAB1D6F39! 311When you see the files available for download, you can not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc.), but when download you them they will have the right extension.
When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, your browser is unable to save the file with an extension (by example, .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.
You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension. You do not want to use a file called rundll32 when the name of the file should really be called rundll32.exe (if the downloaded file has no extension, you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to make it work.
You then put the downloaded files in the correct folders on your system.
Note that advice to run sfc/scannow will not replace a file rundll32.exe missing in the system32 folder. If you need to prove that to yourself, I also have instructions for it.

C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\WindowsCodes.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try to install the program by using the original installation media or contact your system or software support provider administrator.
How can I solve this problem
Comments will be appretiated
Guillaume RamondOriginal title: error MESSAGE
Hello William,.
1. when exactly you receive this error message?
2 did you do changes on the computer before the show?
3. you are trying to install or run a program in this error message?
This could be caused due to damaged DLL files.
I suggest you to perform system File Check to fix the corrupted system files, and then check how it works.
See the link "How to use the file system tool Checker to troubleshoot system missing or damaged files on Windows Vista or Windows 7" to run the System File Check.
Note: It can ask the Windows DVD difficulty and allowing SFC to do more than minor repairs. Could some of the files saved on your computer are deleted when fixing corrupted files.
Try this and respond with more information about you to provide the best solution.
