My system is very difficult to start.
I use Windows Vista and receive this message every time I start my computer: C:\Windows\sytem32\config\sytemprofile\Desktop is not accessible, access is denied. I have to keep in the severla system reboots before I get it's normal. I tried the system restore, but it couldn't work. Please, I need a solution to this problem.
Try to do a Startup Repair:
If the system restore does not work and you do not have a Microsoft Vista DVD, make a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:
Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.
Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
Link above shows what the process looks like and a manual, it load the repair options.
NeoSmart containing the content of the Windows Vista DVD 'Recovery Centre', as we refer to him. It cannot be used to install or reinstall Windows Vista, and is just a Windows PE interface to recovering your PC. Technically, we could re-create this installation with downloadable media media freely from Microsoft (namely the Microsoft WAIK, several gigabyte download); but it is pretty darn decent of Microsoft to present Windows users who might not be able to create such a thing on their own.
Read all the info on the website on how to create and use:
It's a very good Vista startup repair disk.
You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
It is NOT a disc of resettlement.
And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
See you soon.

Original title: date of restoration
An automatic download occurred. System is very slow. Runs in safe mode. No date of restoration can not enter in safe mode, time in normal mode. Cannot run the system restore.
1. you did it any recent hardware or changes to software on your computer before this problem?
2. the automatic download is produced through Windows update or any application?3. What do you mean by "is running in safe mode. No date of restoration can not enter in safe mode, time in normal mode. Cannot run the system restore'?
4. what happens when you try to start in Normal mode?
5. what happens when you try to perform the system restore?
6. do you get an error message or error code?

I have a Presario SR5450F. Recently, it is very slow to start. It hangs on the screen Compaq (Installer, boot, System Recovery, Diagnostics Menu). He hangs up on this screen for at least 10 minutes, which is unacceptable. He just started this. Can someone help me please? Thank you.
Thank you. Problem solved. I unplugged my USB devices and the freezing of the Compaq screen went away. Now, it starts fine. I've isolated the USB device that was causing the problem... it's the connection of my digital camera.
I have a T42 that is very slow to start and go to programs. Operating system is Windows XP. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
Got a dv7-6c95dx - battery will not accommodate in very well - lock is not any spring back to maintain the battery in and latch moves very difficult. Saw an article on the repair and replacement, but can not find it now - HowTo find a spring?
Thank you for your query. I understand that the battery is not sitting down, the lock is not any action of the spring latch is difficult to move. You saw an article on the repair and replacement, but are unable to locate it now. You are not sure how to get a replacement spring.
Here is a link to HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service of Guide. After reviewing the guide, the battery latch is part of package. Please see Chapter 3, page 37. Chapter 4 is removal and replacement procedures. Chapter 4, page 47 a procedure to remove and replace the battery. For your convenience, I included a link to the HP parts store.

HP 2540 very difficult question! Where to place a document on the glass before scanning/printing? (Upper-corner L, R, L corner, lower corner R, center top corner).

Original title: NtKernel.etl
My Windows Vista operating system is very low on disk space. NtKernel.etl takes more than 1 200 KB of space files. Can I delete this file to create more space?
ETL files are files of track, but that won't get back you a little more than a MB. If you're hungry for space, it might be time for a larger drive.
Scrolling became very difficult in my "BOLD", but it has a pad, not a scroll wheel, so I can't follow the spoken wheel and push solution previously in these forums.
The symptoms are that it is difficult to get the cursor to move to the left or to the right or upwards or downwards, sometimes that it moves more easily than other times, but never as easy as it was until last week. What often happens is that I end up pressingteh pad too hard trying getting the top of the page to save the movement and thus itreads as a click instead.
I tried to clean the buffer, cleaning of my thumb or finger, battery-out-restarted "BOLD" of countless times, tried with my fingers wet and dry...
It seems that she has changed after an update has been downloaded, but maybe it's just my perception.
In any case, what could be the problem and what is the solution please?
Welcome to the forums.
Take a look at the knowledge base article below which may help you with your trackpad problem.
I hope this helps. Nice day.
original title: precision of the mouse
I can't get my mouse to be pretty accurate. When I have this point, I have to go back a few times before I can get it to the right place. For example, I play the game MSN Shapeshifter and this mouse makes it very difficult to point and each form quickly and precisely. I clicked on the box of precision in the pointer options mouse and changed speed. Maybe I'm just a defective mouse?
I would appreciate any feedback there, can someone give me.
1. do you have wireless mice come with the computer and it comes from the same manufacturer as the PC?
If so, the driver can be updated depending on how long the PC was sitting in the store/warehouse.
At the Support Web site of the manufacturer and the search for your PC model. There should be a Driver download section.
2. try to set the mouse settings in the control panel.
Open Control Panel
Select the material and audio
Under devices and printers mouse select
On the pointer Options tab, you can adjust the pointer speed
It's a glitch/bug. Disable the GPU performance in preferences.
Mode Code of Dreamweaver is very difficult to read, as it has degraded. It was easy to read. Clues as to why this has past and how to fix it? Thank you very much!
Did you receive a Windows security update recently?
See this thread:
The last Windows Update published February 11 has caused my Courier New fonts to corrupt.
The application is special. I want some very large partition tables. But I can't design a perfect solution. l is a very difficult partitioning work!
More than 3 MB of data is inserted in the MESSAGE table per second several times. The data inserted into the table of MESSAGES per hour are more than 10 GB. Some of the data in the MESSAGES table are transformed and inserted into other tables. An hour later after insertion, the data are rarely be accessed and not any what DML more on this subject.
I want to partition the MESSAGE table. Because only data within the hour that should be kept, I think it's better to save and delete old partitions or just keep them unalterable.
Now the problem is if I partition on the DATE column table (time), all operations focuses on a single partition - current partition and segments of current partition table and its index of becomes the hot segment. The performance may be damaged.
It is impossible to partition the HASH table, because it is not easy to remove obsolete data.
What do you think?
Yes, it is easy to distribute the data on multiple disks because filesystem used for the tablespace datafile (s) must be eliminated in a first time on several disks in widths of stipe physical 64 K, 128 K or 1 M. (listed bandwidths are just more common).
The question is do you have a performance problem now. If not then the partitioning schema that you consider should behave about the same with regard to the charge of inserting and you will be able to use drop partition instead of deletes for the new regime should work better overall. Providing all the global index is not necessary.

I have laptop model Dell XPS. This is the start time increases by nearly 15-20 minutes approximately.
When I turn on the laptop computer, a black screen continue for 5 min. and then it displays the login screen. After entering the username and password it takes 10 min. until the screen is displayed and a circle begins to run on the icon network in the bottom right of the laptop screen as shown below:
You can see run circle right next to the icon of volume and during that time, I can't even open the Windows Explorer.
I have to wait until this stop running for the next 5 to 8 min.
I tried to clean the useless/content files using CCleaner software, but nothing happened.
What should I do now.
Do I have to format the laptop. In fact I already format the laptop 4 - 5 times earlier.
