When starting computer I get the message "Configuring updates 3 of 3-0% completed - turn a computer." Continue to repeat this message after it restarts and the computer will never start

Try these steps to remedy:

Restore point:

Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

If restore work not and you do not have a Vista DVD from Microsoft, do a repair disc to do a Startup Repair:

Download the ISO on the link provided and make a record of repair time it starts.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

IPad 2 Air battery drained and does not load after update 9.3

Air iPad 2 (Wifi + cell) battery has completely evacuated and no charge since after update 9.3. Update my device was 100% of the fees. Subsequently, when the update was finished, the Unit continued to lose the load during use (I got the full enjoyment on the charge) and does not charge even on not trying to load intermittently and for long periods. Once the load is complete evacuated after considerable use, I was unable to see the unit after 2-3% fees.

I have restored and updated the device via iTunes, but the problem persists, and I see a battery on the scree with 3 red lines. When I take off the charge cable, I get a black screen with battery 3 red lines and a chart of the charging cable.

I had once the apple logo and the ipad started and I had the interface momentarily, but he lost.

I have been struggling with this for the last 4 days and have tried almost every single suggestion there. Connection to the support of people was not possible on the web. And I am currently in another country where he sold the IPad to be able to switch the device back to the Apple Store to have checked out it during the warranty.

Well, I had the camera to load up to 61% where it is blocked again.

Here's what I did that I had not done earlier out of the many resolutions that I tried from that provided in the forums and on the internet-

I put the IPad for a couple of hours in his keyboard case and then all located in a thin cloth and put it on charge, ostensibly to warm a little battery. The warm-up was suggested in another thread, where a person even went to the extreme of using a fan hair dryer to warm the device. After a few hours, he did to load up to 60%, I got it out to check if it worked.

Maybe I shouldn't have checked and waited a little longer, because the IPad is now stuck at 59 to 61% for the last 14 hours for free. I still struggle to go beyond this percentage, but at least I can use the device. Is there something I can do now to improve the percentage of charge? I tried the resets and even restored and updated the iOS through iTunes.

The touchpad on the laptop does not scroll upwards or downwards, I was offline for 5 weeks that my router broke out between the change of operator, so I had to wait for another.
When I was on the touch pad was'nt working properly. I can't do a system restore, because that would be the former provider. Ideas anyone please?

First, check the scrolling settings in the advanced settings of Touchpad.

If they are enabled, uninstall the mouse/keyboard 3rdparty as Logitech or Microsoft and Watcom drivers that may have installed you.

If it's no good, uninstall the Toshiba touchpad driver, then download and install the latest version.

Re: Satellite L655 - the Touchpad on/off button does not work

This morning, I noticed that the power button of the touchpad of my Satellite does not, although the Fn + F9 key combination works by enabling and disabling my touchpad.

It was working well until what I slept last night when I woke up, my laptop has rebooted due to updates of Windows during the night. I don't read anything since I have been using a wireless mouse. Then reach work and check if I can activate my touchpad (Windows has loaded and connected), the display screen that shows if the touchpad is active or not does not appear and my touchpad, power button does not work.

Folders.dbx is probably damaged.

In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

The path to the message will be very similar to this:

C:\Documents and Settings\Your User of utilisateur\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\ {long string of letters & numbers} \Microsoft\Outlook Express

With OE closed, find the Folders.dbx file and delete it. Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

Note these possible side effects:

When you re - start OE, it will build a new index of all *.dbx files it can read and create a new Folders.dbx. However, understand that you will lose the mail directory structure and message rules will probably have to be edited.

Check this setting: Settings tab on the device, tap the settings button control panel/mouse/device. Go to the tapping section, make sure that "enable tapping" is checked. Apply/ok your way back.

By "stack" I assume you mean that the CD/DVD is 'stuck' in the player and you cannot get the drive to open it? The most important thing right now is to get the DVD from the drive. You have two options.

1 / restart your PC and press the eject button on the CD/DVD drive to see if the drive open and release the CD/DVD. Normally, this should do the trick.

2 / if my first option does not release the disc caddy, you will need a large paperclip and bend straight. Take a look at the front of your DVD drive and you should see a small hole. This is usually placed near the eject button. Make sure that your PC is off and you have removed the plug from the socket. Now insert the straigtened paper clip into the hole and the 'push' the draw caddy should now begin to open (or open completely). If it opens only paritally, then gently pull the draw caddy until it opens completely and then remove the CD/DVD. After removing the CD/DVD push the caddy draw lots to close. Be sure to gently push to clear the draw caddy.

Maybe it's just a unique and the player will operate normally afterwards. If she keeps refusing to eject a CD/DVD, there may be something wrong with the CD/DVD unit itself.

iPhone 7 more - Siri iOS10 not work and does not

I received my iPhone 7 Plus 3 days ago and tried to set up "Hey Siri". In the process, I noticed that Siri was insensitive and does not work.

I did some troubleshooting and started with the reset, restore, turned dictation & Siri/off voltage (before and after reboot) and still no response from Siri.

I proceeded to remove the hardware problem by making a call and speaking directly into the microphone with high and low height during a call. Nobody who assists heard both high and low perfectly. I only tested the microphone with voice memo and the microphone worked fine.

Called customer service on speaker (which call was working properly) but they were unable to provide a response, rep said she would follow with me Wednesday.

I press the home button, Siri will appear with the wavelength and as soon as I said a word Siri States "I didn't understand" and rest wavelength normal. I don't know if there is a problem with my phone or iOS10, but if someone has an answer or has the same issue please chime. Thank you!

iOS 10, when using Siri, you hold DOWN the home button while talking with Siri. Release the button when you are finished speaking.
