My voicemail application Visual lost blackBerry smartphones

Don't know what happened, but I really got into the habit of this (too expensive) convenience.  It is one day, the next day it was gone.  If anyone has experienced this?  When I connect to the Verizon site, they tell me that demand is not available for purchase online (with a price of $0.00) for my phone model, which makes no sense.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Go to the center of the Application on your phone reinstall & connect again. I had to

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

What you need to do is to find, on your PC, the IPD file created when you backed up. Search your entire hard drive *. IPD. Then use this file as the source of a restoration of your new BB (choose ONE of these KB, depending on the version of the RIM Desktop software you have already installed on your PC):

  • Tracking of the BB Torch lost blackBerry Smartphones

    Hello

so I'm sure it's a lost cause, but not hurt to ask... some of you miracles, so never know.

My blackberry of the flame pulled out a few days ago. It has not been used yet (I was check), getting only calls incoming/text, nothing external.

Not cool, but worse, it's that I never installed an any follow-up or blackberry Protect on it... I know, shame on me. But I never lose anything or got things I have expensive stolen from me before and thought, but kept putting it off.< --="" irrelevant="">

In any case, anyone of you has an idea if there is a way to track a device already lost/stolen with no application of protection?

Is it possible to install a remote application and activate it like that?

All ideas are really appreciated... it's pretty painful...

    Thank you!!

    A.

If it is a personal account of the BIS device, the answer to all your questions is no. I'm sorry.

Applications such as Blackberry Protect are free and must be installed.

RIM and Virgin cannot follow him. You should go ahead and call Virgin and have SIM disabled immediately until someone decides to use.

If it is a device of company BES account, your BES administrator can wipe the device remotely and turn it off.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

  • Basic applications lost blackBerry Smartphones using Mac Office software

    Hello

I have a working Bold 9700 and it is connected to the corporate network. It has been implemented by our IT Department. I was delivered he no charger so use a lead to my laptop. I have let it run to zero battery and when I tried to start, it would not turn on and had a red light. Connect to a Mac, I got a message that he was not recognized and reload the operating system. After doing this that it resets and I had to take at work to connect to the company. The problem is that many applications are missing e.g. GPS, guardian of password, Notes, Word, Excel etc.

Reading the forums I'm for Blackberry on my Mac and click Device Manager on restore and the various applications I want are grayed out. I click on the request handler and is listed, so I can't do it until the load.

I click on "check for updates" and get a message that there may be a problem with the connection to the server or the server is not responding please try again later.

Is this a problem of encryption defined by my employer that we have very high standards of security, or is it a Mac problem or what? The main problem for me is to recover the password keeper and GPS software.

    Thanks for any help.

    Speigal

I sorted this out after reading the forum. I decided the STINKS device Mac Manager and so borrowed a PC. The Manager of OS and devices, and that allowed me to reinstall all applications downloaded. All works now. Always on my Mac it does not correctly connect updates.

    Thank you

  • 'Lost' blackBerry smartphones an icon somehow?

I seem to have lost the ability to get a list of texts on the 'Instant Messaging' icon on my Blackberry 9300 "BOLD".

I know... it of old... but aims to talk and text to a particular group for me perfectly.

I could see a list of all the received texts before, respond to their or implement a new text to a 'Contact' or a new person.

I can't access that now... I need to reset it or another icon who will do the same thing to the new text.

Curiously the texts to CONTACTS are available to the title of the RECENT ACTIVITY and I can see them and respond, and they can send texts back, but there is no notification of any reception of new texts.

I also see texts that I saved in the Messages saved in the Applications folder

Sorry... I guess the question is what are the options?
I could go into the Desktop Manager and see if I can add TEXT messages to the device... It is already there, although I can't access the file, so hope that she will be synchronized with an upgrade?
Otherwise, my next question is how to RESET to factory settings? I am aware that I will lose data, but I backed up now on the desktop?

  • Applications of the blackBerry Smartphones home screen

I lost my messages, e-mail messages, applications of volume control on my homescreen. I pressed menu and they are gone as well.

How can I get them back, and how can I make sure that I can not lose them again?

In the menu, I also lost my icon to respond to text messages

    Someone please help?

On your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL and make these icons have been hidden, or accidentally moved to a folder. Check them all.

If still nothing, go to options > advanced > Houst Routing Table > Menu > register.

With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    A little luck?

  • Lost blackBerry Smartphone Inbox content

I don't understand what happened.  Since I got my new Blackberry Curve I lost my messages in my Inbox and call log three times.  It happened when the phone was not yet used, I went to send a text and all my previous messages were gone.  Nobody knows what could have happened or it there might be something wrong with my phone because I don't find any information anywhere.  Thanks for the help!

It seems that the unit may be out of memory.

Can you check under Options | Status and take note of your free file number. Then reset the unit by removing the battery and 1 min and replace it and let the device restarts. After that he did check and see if your free file number has increased.

Also do you have a lot of third party applications on the device that you don't need? If so you can do in the Options | Advanced options | Applications and delete those you no longer need.

Can I buy for my Curve 8520 newly gifted GSP? And what other useful applications should I look for? I'm 81, retired and nothing else to do but to be thrilled by the possibilities of this wonderful instrument.

Hi and welcome to the Forums!

    Browndot513 wrote:

See this page of product specifications:

The 8520 has no internal GPS radio physics no software can overcome this physical limitation. You be relegated outside devices only, connected either via USB or BT, they are on the market, but I have no idea which are compatible with your specific model BB. You should look in GPS units that you like and then inquire of these manufacturers, if they are compatible with your BB.

    Browndot513 wrote:

It is a difficult question... "useful" is a personal and subjective thing. I suggest you install AppWorld and browse here to see what would be useful to your different needs, desires and tastes.

I also suggest that spend you some time at this place:

Good luck and welcome to the world of BB!

  • Backup lost blackBerry Smartphone 8330 to 9650 news using Blackberry Desktop software? Impossible?

Lost my beloved 8330 with tons of data into it, but I have an old backup to a month using Blackberry Desktop Manager V 4.3.0.17.

Verizon wanted to know if I wanted to Android. No, I'm staying with Blackberry, so I got a new Blackberry Bold 9650.

BUT... big but Blackberry Desktop Manager seems to have no way to allow me to put this old backup of data in the new 9650.

    How is that possible?

    Hello

You should probably switch to a later version of the Desktop software. You can then use this KB:

If something does not work, please be specific.

  • ID of LOST blackBerry Smartphones

After a year without a job, I came back to my BB Torch 9800 (PRD-27603-034 RCY71UW / IC:2503 A-RCY70U / BT MAC: 3D 55 CC AD 45 60 / FCC ID: LCARCY 70UW), but I lost my ID, I mean, not really. I sold for a temporary friend who canceled the operation and gave me the device. But earlier I saw the problem: ID, probably this person. I remember her e-mail address and password, but not the answer to the question of verification. The correct answer is a pet name. I lost my TTC with her. Can I reset the ID? This unit is still in my name. TKS in advance for any help. URGENT PLS.

You will need the issue of verification in order to reset the BlackBerry ID; There is no way around it. If you have service with a carrier, they might be able to help with it. Other that to answer the verification question or get help from your provider (maybe), there is no other way to reset your BlackBerry ID. The only other alternative is to create a new and start over with it.

    See you soon.

  • Lost blackBerry Smartphone email icon

Hi, can someone help me please?  I have three e-mail accounts on my phone and until two days ago I had four e-mail icons, one for each e-mail account and a general icon in emails went as well as individual accounts.

For some reason, I lost one of the icons and although I continue to receive emails to this account they show only under the "general" or icon everything. I tried to remove and reinstall the account, but that does not work and following the advice given to other people on this forum who have lost icons does not either.

    Thank you in advance.

    TamTam

    1. on your home screen, press Menu > SHOW ALL, so that ALL DISPLAY is checked.
    2. look in EVERY folder on your device... Applications, instant messaging, downloads, etc.
If you don't see it still, look at the Options > advanced > Applications. Do you not see it listed there?

Now, if you don't always see on your "BOLD", open the e-mail icon > Menu button > Options or settings and find the setting that turns e-mail to the general account to the wide and see if that is enabled for the lost email icon.

You should contact your carrier, they do not follow the registration, but you will need to convience for the IMEI or PIN number. With regard to your location, if the person has erased your device or use a different SIM card then this is not possible. If you had a device password setting then nobody can access your data, if anyone tries then your device will wipe itself. But if you don't have a device password value before disaster then yes it might be able to access your information in this device.
