    Hi Grantvan,

Thanks for the reply with the status of the issue and the required information.

Based on your response, I understand now that the drivers for the wheels of scrolling of the Tablet is not installed on your Windows computer and the result buttons and scroll wheels don't work, correct me if I'm wrong.

Method 1: Try to place the computer in a clean boot state and try to install the drivers and also check if the wheel buttons and scroll work in the clean boot state.

A clean boot is executed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This will eliminate the conflicts of software that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in 8.1 of Windows, Windows 8, Windows 7, or Windows Vista. You can also troubleshoot or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

Note: After troubleshooting, refer to the section «How to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting»

Method 2: If you question persists in the clean boot state, try to install the drivers in compatibility mode.

Most of the programs created for earlier versions of Windows work in this version of Windows, but some older programs might run poorly or not at all. You can run the resolution of the problems of compatibility of program on most of the programs to detect and correct common compatibility problems.
