  I suggest that you check the settings of Windows fax and scan from Windows enable or disable features and check if it helps. Then follow the steps below:

  (b) select programs, and then click on turn Windows features on or OFF.

  (d) put a brake before Windows Fax and Scan and check if it helps.

  In the print menu, check "scale to fit media" under the Position and size of the device and then check out.
