  Hello, I was hoping someone would know that this question because I can't seem to find on the page terms and conditions or any where.  I'm eager to try out the Xbox elite controller and was wondering if Microsoft.com pays return shipping back if I don't like. He said you print return label, but does not say who pays shipping them or the customer?

• Cannot connect windows pc and my xbox 360 elite

  I have a laptop dell inspiron 1425 running vista base connected to a netgear wgr614 v9 router which inturn is attached to my elite all connections are made via ethernet cable. now, ive got a t mobile internet dongle pluged into usb port off providing a portable internet access. but on my x box I can not access xbox live or view pictures or music from my pc. PLEASE HELP ME DRIVIN CRAZY!

• Cannot connect Xbox 360 Elite to runnings Windows Vista PC

  After surfing the internet for hours, I really need help with this problem...

  I am trying to connect my Xbox 360 Elite to my PC running Windows Vista Home Premium (32 bit).

  I can connect to Xbox Live without any problems, and the Xbox also appears in the network view in Windows (and in WMP11 media sharing).

  The Xbox also discovers the PC and COMPUTERNAME:username display on the screen. But when I try to connect the Xbox since it does not work. I have tried many solutions and advice found on the internet, but I can't work.

  I also tried to use the Media Center and connect the Xbox as an Extender. Does not work either.

  Is there a setting somewhere in Vista that keeps me?

  ·        You receive an error message when you try to connect to the Xbox?

  ·        You are able to access the Xbox from the PC?

  You can try to temporarily disable the security software and third-party firewall on the computer and check if you can access the computer of Xbox. If you are able to access, you can contact the manufacturer of security software and firewall manufacturer to check if you need to change the settings. Subsequently re - activate the firewall and security software after verification.

  Yes, if you can plug two dongles at the same time. You would need more than a port, so it may or may not be, but if this is the case, it will work.

  Xbox Live does very well on a mobile broadband service.  If you want to do multiplayer games, you will definitely need a line physical broadband installed in your home, ADSL or cable otherwise lag will be simply too high to be read correctly, assuming that T-Mobile would not block it.  Mobile broadband services are also usually with very low usage limits.  For example a few GB per month, which can be chewed by downloading just a couple of demos on Xbox Live. • The Xbox 360 controller connection

  Hi all

  I have my amazing Lenovo P70, that I really like. Everything worked without any problem, except my Xbox360 wired remote. I check with my keyboard USB, mouse USB USB OTG and USB flash key. All these devices work as expected.

  But when I connect my original Xbox 360 wired controller via the same dongle USB OTG, the four LEDs (player indicators) start to blink. Operating system does not recognize controller and I can't exploit office with the help of knobs and buttons.

  I also try to run "USB host diagnosis" (from gPlay) and here is the result:

• Link-5 dongle no driver available for Win 7 Pro 64-bit

  Bought an Elite v2 Wireless keyboard that comes with a dongle to Link-5.

  The keyboard is listed as compatible with Win XP, 7, Vista, 8. But when the link-5 dongle is connected to my EliteBook 8470w windows reports that could not be not installed, no driver available. It appears in the device under 'Other devices' Manager with a warning icon.

  The product help said that no driver is necessary. The laptop is fully patched and running Windows 7 Pro and clearly needs a driver. I have confirmed that all the elements in the keyboard and HID a current drivers Device Manager, but still the dongle is not installed.

  Finally reinstalled all Drivers USB Intel and the keyboard has been recognized.
