The diagnostic says HP drivers print program are not installed, but they are. My office windows 7 print very well.

In the fax and printers, window, please right click on the printer icon and click Cancel all documents. Right-click on the printer icon, and then click Properties. In the Properties window, please click the ports tab and click Add port and select Stanard TCP/IP port and click New Port. This will launch the TCP/IP Wizard, click Next and in the printer name or IP address, enter the IP address of the printer and click Next and follow the on-screen instructions and click Finish. Hello

    I have an OFFICEJET 7500 a printer.

This is related to my network without any problem on the printer wireless network page.

Can I use e-print by sending an email to the printer and it prints ok.

However, I can't print on my netwrk House to her. The mistake of the printer is unable to connect to the printer. Also when typing the IP address in a browser, it is not found. The hp network diagnostic tool also can not find.

I tried resetting it, it works, reconnect to the network switch but nothing seems to work.

When I installed first, everything was ok, it was two days ago. Now the only way to print is to send an email - please help.

  • J4680 are visible on the network but not printing/scanning

Everything I describe works very well for 2 years...

The J4680 is/has been connected wireless to my home network.

My daughter printed something and it came out blurry.  I tried to copy something to see if it was the printer and it came out very well so I did a calibration using the Tools menu of the printer.  The printer print the calibration page, but he complained that he couldn't find a calibration page when the time came to do the scan of the calibration page.  Yet once, I tried to use it as a copier and it works perfectly.  Since then, I can't print or scan to this printer on any computer in the House.  Client computers run a mix of XP, Vista and Win7.  HP Diagnostics (in the plural) I have downloaded all show the connected printer and works correctly, but still no printing.

I connect to my router and you can see the printer connected as a DHCP client using 192.168.15.1.  I can open a browser, connect to this IP address and have access to the printer.  He sees the ink level and shows the status of the printer such as "processing job".  Open HP Solution Center shows the printer as "offline".

I rebooted the printer and all the computers in the House... not to go. I restarted the router... no go.

I reinstalled the software solution Center and it is printed once, but when I tried to scan, it does not and it was not printed or scanned again since.  I tried doing the calibration thing and still get the same message.

I'm at my wit's end.  Help?

OK, let's remove the cartridges, clean the electrical contacts (small 1/16 "points on the cartridge and corresponding to those inside the printer.  Use a damp lint.  The fabric will be destroyed with ink.

Now, try it.  If who disobeys, the driver on your computer using "clean cartridges".  If this does not work, you may have a faulty cartridge (probably color).

  • T430 to 6300 Centrino ultimate upgrade detects the network but cannot connect

    Hello

I recently bought a wifi card 6300 centrino on ebay with the correct FRU (60Y3233) of a centrino 6205. The new card detects networks, but it can't connect to the networks. no idea why?

Edge has 6300 card option, so who have already sold it is you already tell you a lie.

If reinstalling the drivers do not work, and your card 6205 worked previously then it means that this card has a problem that the seller did not talk to you.

  • My laptop connects to the network but has no access to the internet.

    Another 169.254.x.x problem...

I watched a lot of discussions about this problem and I tried methods in them, but still no go.

    Laptop Toshiba Satellite P300-061 / SP 2 / Vista Home x 64

I've been connected wireless with my laptop and my desktop (with an adapter) with no problems at this cottage for about 3 to 4 days.
Last night, I turned off the ability to laptops to detect the networks with the small button on the side, as I sometimes do.

I turn it back on today and the laptop detects the network, but it doesn't connect to the internet. If I have limited connectivity.
I restarted approximately 3 - 4 times and the laptop doesn't always connect. I am currently connected wirelessly on this network with my office and it works fine so that indicates that it is related to the laptop and not the router.  At first, I thought it might be a hardware problem, the laptop detects the network in the list, but it also detects the surrounding networks, which means that the wireless card works.

    ---

    Things I've tried so far.

1 netsh winsock reset / netsh int ipv4 reset
    2 ipconfig / renew & enough & / flushdns & / registerdns
    3 Rename the connection
    4 restart / complete closure
    5. deletion of the network in the list and return the password
    6 disabling ipv6
7 try to put the news in ipv4 manually, even though I'm not sure I did it correctly
    8 turn off the firewall
9 uninstalling the wireless card and reboot
    10. system restore

I'm really in the ideas and I would appreciate help, maybe I'm not the steps in the correct order, or something.
I tried my best to search the net for a solution but they do not seem to work, and I'm really in ideas.

Thank you for taking the time to read my thread and to help me.

Edit: I would also add that it gives me the IP 169.254.x.x over any wireless network, I connect to.

  • Pages come out White HP Officejet 6500 has e-all-in-one printer.

I have a HP Officejet 6500 a e-all-in-one printer (product # CN555A), and I had problems printing for a while.   I'm working on Windows 8, although the same problem occurs with a Windows 7 laptop that I use sometimes.
Printer goes through all the movement of printing and pages come out sometimes very thirsty or Virgin (illegible). At the beginning, once in a while it would happen, and once the printer is rested for a few days, it works again. Now it happens all the time and I can't print.  I did ALL the steps of troubleshooting hp and nothing works.   A few days ago, I managed to have it print a little darker, but it mainly printed in gray-greenish, but after the second page, he just disappeared again to nothing.  I think it may be something on the channels contained in the cartridges of ink to the page or something like that.  Can someone help me understand this and the difficulty of my printer?

    Thank you
    )

Considering that the yellow is almost full and is printing very well, there is actually a small chance that the low level of ink you see (approx. 25%) this is dried up in the cartridge itself.  Think of the ink as a former condiment that has been in your refrigerator for a long time.  When there are more things in the container, it is less likely to dry up, but when you have only a little inside, the air-to-ink ratio increases the chances of this being actually what caused this.

Although it is cheaper to do the printhead of soaking, it's also much more risky than buying the new ink first.  I highly recommend making sure that you have replaced the low ink cartridges before trying the latest possible stage.

Certainly, it is probably due to cleanups of printhead, print tests and other basic troubleshooting steps that caused you to be low on ink in the first place.  Maybe double check on the return policy of the store about the ink you buy maybe not a bad idea, either in case you do not buy, does not print, you are soaking the print head and then it also fails.

Better to be prepared for the worst but hoped that the simplest solution is the best one (Occam's razor) is what I mean by all this.  Keep me posted on what you decide to do.  * fingers crossed *.

The Dell laptop I bought is little used, not refurbished a downsizing Corporation.  I bought a refurbished by Cisco, Cisco Linksys router.  I can't stay on the internet for any period of time.  At the time that I open the browser, after the wireless connection, it goes your 'connected' to 'no internet access.  If I go through the diagnosis and fix it, it says I'm connected, but 'no Internet' returns quickly.  It shows a diagram of the connectivity of the laptop to the router but not to the internet router.  I had a second router refurb sent, and it does the same thing.

This is all new to me (wireless and mobile), so my words my being turned off, but I wonder if it might be the wireless card, or network card (or is it just a different name for the router).  I mean, it's something in the laptop.  If I plug the DSL directly into the laptop, I have a perfect internet connection, so I did not thing is my provider.

  • try to print from my Win7 x 64 laptop over the network (homegroup or workgroup) to an enslaved Dell Photo AIO Printer 926

I'm trying to print from my Win7 x 64 laptop over the network (homegroup or workgroup) to an enslaved Dell Photo AIO Printer 926.  When I look for the computer on the laptop, I find, it seems to be fine, but when I print a job, the print job is in the queue on the laptop and does not send the job to the desktop printer.  I had it once before but a relocation removed.  I'm not sure why I see the desktop of my laptop printer but cannot get it working again.

    Any advice?  Thank you

You need the Windows7 x 64 drivers for the printer (and perhaps software and fimware) installed on your laptop to be able to print using the printer on another computer if he uses another operating system...  Maybe when you reinstalled you forgot to install these things.  Try this and see if you can then print.

If this does not help, please post in the Forums Windows7; http://social.answers.Microsoft.com/forums/en-us/category/Windows7 where Windows7 experts will be happy to help you.

    I hope this helps.
