  I recently bought a dv5-1000us. Since a few days after the purchase of the laptop, the screen started rolling as it is a loose connection or there is a problem with the screen. I tried to connect the laptop to my tv and different monitors and the screen just rolls on the laptop. If I set the monitor forwards and backwards, he finally stopped.   Heres the fix. Take off the front cover and the speaker of the laptop section exposing the cable from the monitor on the left side. Take off the black ribbon that HP used to crimp the Saint * beep * on the cable. Once the cable is able to move more freely, the problem will disappear. There was a wire that was broken in two, and I cut just to make sure he did not contact with something else. It's apparently only a ground wire because he did wrong. I expected to have to buy a new cable, but take off the Ribbon round is played. There will be about 30-40 screws to remove, just a heads. And he is heard as you break the cheap plastic, but it will break again together. Be gentle, but farm and it will come immediately with little damage. • Can not connect webcam! He live in Premiere Pro!

  Here is a weird one! I'm on Skype all day long, and it's one of my main ways with the connection with clients all over the country.  I installed CC 2015, and therefore I can't use first Pro CC 2015 with my webcam plugged into my Mac Pro.  It seems to automatically get set as default entry and the fact that it records no audio 44100 Hz, causes me to get a ton of errors. He makes also to where I can't hear any audio to change to. Does anyone have a solution for this? Or maybe a webcam they know is compatible with CC 2015?

  I have a HP Pavilion e043cl 15 Notebook PC with name of the model E5K58UA I bought August 2013.  My best friend bought the same brand/model from the same place 2 weeks before me.  We BOTH have had this same problem almost from the beginning.  Speaking for mine... it became worst Crescent until I don't know if it will load OR start the next time I try to turn it on.  I have "glued it" the only way he will now.  It changes almost every day, so I have to move it and the re - paste.  We feel that it was a problem of hardware design for almost that we bought them.  Unfortunately, none of us buy the extended warranty.  It was mainly in the part that we bought at Costco with my Costco AmEx that allow you to add an extra year warranty and apparently are not now. I have done some research and think that it is the connection to the computer.  Can anyone confirm that, and if so, where would you recommend that I buy a replacement?  I don't want to spend a ton of money given these were $399 new.  I am sure that I am able to fix as well.  I also wanted it to go on the record it seems be a VERY common problem which should NOT happen on a laptop this quickly.  None of us carry these computers around with us on a daily or even weekly.  It seems quite ridiculous to deal with this problem already.  I got a DELL computer for 7 years.  I had to replace the entire power cord, but the connection port was never a problem.  This seems put together much cheaper.  I feel HP should replace the port free of charge, just don't expect that this will happen.  A consultant where I can get the spare part required at a reasonable price would be greatly appreciated.  I have confidence in particular a HP original spare part because those original seems not be made good in the first place.  Thank you very much!

  There is no parts but HP parts. The power supply is on a dongle that plugs into the motherboard. They don't directly solder it on the map more.

• Blocked Web site / loose connection

  I'm going into an environment where we have a NSA 3500 already install. The network administrator has recently moved.

  We have a few websites that is blocked, like facebook.com. These sites are blocked by the content filter and the areas of the personalized/prohibited list tab.

  When a user accesses one of these Web sites, the page loads, you get a general message by saying: the connection could not be made. I would like to know how we can get its Setup to display the page of blocked sonicwall. For example, if you visit a Web site that is blocked with one of the built-in categories you will get a message from sonicwall, saying that content filtering has blocked the page.

  We are witnessing randomly selected sites that themselves are blocked, and we do not know if it is the firewall blocking because we do not receive a message. Yesterday a user tried to access a google document. They received a shortened goo.gl link and it was blocked by the firewall, didn't know until I connected on the firewall and tried to go to the link and then it worked.

  Much of the time, it's because of content filtering HTTPS, this feature via known IP addresses blocks. Please use DPI - SSL to ensure a more precise blocking traffic.

• Loose connections E420?

  I have a pad think E420. My laptop screen goes black if I press a button a little too hard or if I move... the screen will come back on when I type on the keyboard or palmrest slightly... Would it be due to a bad connection somewhere or is it something more serious?

  You should be able to select users, press the button change block, then go to edit--> greeting--> standard select record--> check the box next to greetings and use the playback/record to download your welcome message or save it.

  I doubt that it is a driver of webcam problem.
  As far as I know, the webcam is connected to a USB controller on the motherboard.
  Maybe there is loose connection or contact and therefore the webcam disconnects and does not work properly.

  It seems a job for a technician to fix this problem

  What you can try is load default settings in the BIOS. You can do this when you press F9 in BIOS, then save the new values.

  Otherwise, I think that Akuma is good and there is a loose connection so contact service provider allowed in your country and ask for help. :)

• RALink RT5390 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter will remain not connected

  I use a laptop of Hp 2000, and the adapter installed on the computer provided wireless is a Ralink RT5390 802.11b/g/n WiFi Adapter.  I ran the driver update tool, and it says I have install the driver update.  I have also run the tool to "Diagnose the problem", and he says that he has no problem.  However, the computer loses internet connection constantly.  I guess it has something to do with the wireless adapter, because all other wireless in the House have no problems. The operating system is Windows 7.  I'm a little tech savvy and can normally include questions to just play with it for a while, but this one has me dumb founded, and its very annoying when you try to do something and you just loose connection and have to start all over again. Help, please!
