Enter the password seems doing nothing, except the aknowledge the password is correct (it warns me when I entered a wrong password so I know it's no doubt receiving data). DOoes anyone know how to fix this? The computer works relatively well recently and have no idea of what decoration could have happened to cause such a mistake that bothers.

  You will need to remove the password from the file (using Acrobat, not reader) before you can convert it to Word. To do this, choose file > properties, and then click the Security tab choose no security in the context menu of the security method and enter the password when you are prompted.

  This problem may occur if the user profile folder is deleted manually. A profile that is manually deleted does not remove the security identifier (SID) of the list of profiles in the registry. If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile by using the ProfileImagePath that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded.   OK, so my mom is unable to log on to his profile on Windows XP Home Edition. She has both the administrator account. When she tries to connect, you will see the above error message. My brother can log into his account without problem.

  Looks like the user profile is damaged.  To allow for the recovery, you will need to log in with an administrator account.  If your MOM was the only administrator account, try starting mode safe mode (F8 at startup) and log in as user 'administrator '.  The default value is the empty password.  After that, follow the steps in the following article:
