If you don't remember where you saw it, try pointing to the bottom of the screen first, then to the sides or top of the desktop, if necessary.   Your description sounds like this group utility from a PC manufacturer.  Go to the website of the manufacturer of your PC & get new copies of that & other utilities that they shipped with your PC.  Check that they are all Windows 7 compatible versions.

So I used my advent recovery disk that came with my pc to perform a RECOVERY of SYSTEM NON-FORMAT that got my pc to the top and run it again, but completely back to basics. I now have a folder in my hard drive called (MY OLD DISK STRUCTURE) which has all the data from my old and while she.

  Is it possible to simply transfer everything back to the new folder of Windows, restart and have everything back to normal or not?

  If you have any bootable CD to run the XP Recovery Console or that you are not sure what type of bootable CD you have, can create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and don't forget (no support for XP not necessary).

  After confirming that it s probably related to drivers, I found a driver CD for my motherboard (I built the computer at home with parts) and learned how to use "mouse keys" and managed to install a few drivers - after restarting the pc, (after some time) everything went very well-> the PC works great now.

  The greatest difficulty before was that I was luckily able to use the "mouse keys" and he kept breaking the feet,, I thought that it s associated with the mouse, but it was just my incompetence :D (I forgot to keep alt + shift)

  Yes configuration lives in a non-volatile memory, when it is saved. Until it is saved, it is in RAM.

  When configuring the switch, it is not automatically saved. Using Web Interface (GUI)? A "Save" button should do.
