  To me, that shows that your battery is defective.

  Mine did the same thing, it's just how it is in XP. But I think the Vista energy saver indicates the remaining time.

  Usually, the battery indicator should go green (color depending on phone model) if the battery is fully charged.
  If the battery indicator changes not amber green/blue then this would mean that the battery is not completely charged

  Have you went into the preferences system-> Date time & -> clock and ensured that the option to display the date & time in the menu bar is turned on?

  After surfing all the Atrix forums, I found a solution to allow the battery to run. The phone then stop his car. Recharge the battery when the phone is turned off. When the battery is fully charged, the green light turns on, but the battery icon shows 90%. Turn on the phone and check the status on the menu 'a phone connection'. Here, it shows that the battery is full 100%. It worked for me (so far) and the use of the battery improved.

  I think this recalculates the battery and put it in harmony with the battery indicator.
