  Since the update to 30.0 my firefox does not close correctly. A process is always there (and the parent.lock as well).

  I've tried so far:
  -reinstall all the deleted information
  -Disable all Plugins and Extensions
  -close the menu.

  I usually love this browser and I use it for years.

  Any help?

  Press < Alt > or < F10 > to display the toolbar.

  Linux; Edit > Preferences
  Mac; name of the application > Preferences

  Then Advanced > General.
  Find and stop using hardware acceleration.

  Dig safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.

  32-bit and 64-bit versions are different programs and therefore installed in a directory of different programs, so you must start them in their own program directory.
  
  If you want to start them via a command then you must write a script file to define the correct program directory.

  Yes, you can, but you must make sure that you install a version of Windows XP OEM. either the product key on the label will not work

• The computers on the LAN has disappeared from the Explorer on Win7 machine... other devices always there

  Small inter-office network with 7 machines, no server. Two other XP, WIN7 machines. All have already appeared on my workstation running WIN7-65. Today, I noticed that only the share on my workstation presents in the in Windows Explorer. Printers, scanner, fax, always there.

  I can connect through ftp, http and e-mail address of the computer that holds these programs and can ping all the machines successfully. But mounted network drives does not connect and, as I said, none of the other computers show in Explorer.

  I had problems with Windows Virtual PC - would install not the integration features. So I deleted and reinstalled. Then it loads the integration... features for a few days... now won't again. I also installed VMware with XP virtual PC. I disabled virtual machine network maps to see if there was any change. No change.

  I don't know when the computers on the LAN disappeared, because I had no reason to seek. I discovered that they were gone when a backup program could not set up a share on one of them.

  Anyone has any ideas, what can happen?

  I suggest that you enable network discovery. Click on start-> Control Panel-> network and sharing Center, click on change settings for sharing advanced. Activate the option.

  You have to use restore on my computer recently and once I did, Firefox seems to have lost the ability to save the tabs that I had opened since the last time that I used it, do not remember how it was configured to save tabs after each session.   I use windows 10 and thunderbird 45.4.0. Today, I noticed that some (more content) files are listed is no longer in the directory tree.

  Select the account, right-click, select new query and

  1. Make sure you have these files listed
  2. that the corresponding checkboxes are checked

  If you do not see them here, I'd watch the webmail portal and make sure that these files are selected for synchronization.

  I also watch 'Synchronization and storage' in the account in Thunderbird settings and make sure that all the options are wise adjustments.

  What looks like the popup? I think that Yahoo may have a bar in the page content area that encourages to make your Yahoo homepage. However, if it appears outside of the page, and especially if it displays when you visit other sites, it could be caused by an add-on unwanted. Here's an example another user recently published along these lines:

  I believe before Firefox 35, I was able to open the local links to mp4 files and Firefox would ask me what to do (open, save, etc.). Local links to files mp4 always open in the embedded video player on Firefox with no option to do otherwise. I tried setting "media.windows - media - foundation.enabled' to 'false' and it has no effect on the local links to files mp4." All the other common video formats, I've tested (avi, mpg, wmv) ask me what for, as this is the expected behavior.
