  I bought my Toshiba Equium A300D Tuesday, which came with Vista Home Premium and since then I had problems with the internet "disconnect" on a regular basis - I say "disconnected" because in reality there is nothing wrong with my connection to all the.

The Office has a wired connection to my router and two laptops have wireless connections, but neither the second laptop or fixed, are having problems with the connection, only the A300D.

On the A300D but I apparently lose connection on a regular basis, with my browser (which happens with Firefox, Opera and Internet Explorer) don't find no connection and the pages won't load do not.

  (2) update the BIOS from the Web of Toshiba Europe site

  Get your installation media, product keys, backup, etc. all together.

  Low level formatting (writing zero or zeros) the hard drive.

  Your installation media to restore the system to factory settings.  (Clean install).

  Continue to use your computer - but get best antivirus (eSet NOD32 AntiVirus - I suggest you not the sequel) and an anti-malware application (I suggest MalwareBytes AntiMalware).

  Why this extreme?  In the end - it's what's going to happen anyway if you ever want to be fully confident in this machine again.

  1. The permissions seem to be disturbed.   One day a few months ago connections SFTP just stopped working to Contribute (CS3). When we went to Contribute CS4, he worked briefly, then beat again.   You need an active resident anti-virus software and an active resident antimalware software to complete your profile for security in a decent way.

  Install MSN, Ms Fixit, Ms Downloader and CCleaner even not count in these categories.

  I suggest a fall: Ms Security, install MSN, Ms Fixit, TrendMicro Anti-spyware, Spybot Search and Destroy, Ms Downloader, Speccy and Stopzilla.

  Use something (a) of this list for AntiVirus:

  • Avira
  • AVG
  • Avast
  • eSET NOD32 AntiVirus

  Use something (a) of the list for AntiMalware:

  • MalwareBytes
  • SuperAntiSpyware

  Should be happier, safer and probably a bit faster (sheet depending on the other factor - like material - too.)
