  You can use the link below to generate the BIOS password reset key. Enter the system code stop or the serial number of the device to generate a.

  e9lo3qvdpq       (3rd letter is L, 4th letter is O (Oscar)).

  You can:

  1. use the unlock code you generated to enter BIOS

  2 disable all passwords that are enabled in the Security menu of BIOS.

  3. If the request for current password - enter the unlock code

  4. for the new password, simply press the ENTER key

  5. repeat the same thing to check the password column.

  Steps to follow:

  1. Use the posted above unlock code to access the BIOS
  2. Disable all passwords that are enabled
  3. If current password request - type the unlock code
  4. New password, simply press the ENTER key
  5. Repeat the same thing to check the password column.
  6. Then exit the BIOS saving & output option to save the changes.

  Troubleshooting:

  Incase if the password does not work please try a Hard Reset as follows.

  1. Shut down the laptop
  2. Disconnect the power adapter and remove the battery
  3. Hold down the Power button for 30 seconds
  4. Plug the power supply/AC adapter (leave the battery at the moment) and start Notepad
  5. If now see you a password, please enter the same password I've shared before and press on enter

  I have a new spectrum x 360 (edition i7). I turned on the startup password in the BIOS and now (like your other models of laptop, it seems) we hear a beep very hard to start. I need the BIOS password for security reasons.

  A few days ago someone asked the same question on this forum. Almanna probably know passeord BIOS is very important security feature and it can be retrieved or cancelled by an authorized personnel only. With other words as close to Toshiba service provider can do for you.
