  Dear owners of ThinkPad P50/P70,

  as most of you are probably aware of the problems that ECC ram not enabled and option Raid is not available, I wonder if this actually means that products do not meet the specifications which are announced.

  I, on the one hand, is not aware of these issues before the purchase and had the information I've read marketing as facts. Only after the purchase, I realized that what I get is not what was promised.

• Move the tool does not - I can choose, but not actually move anything

  I'm on an iMac 27 "end 2012

  ElCapitan - 10.11.3

  I'm running the latest InDesign CC2015. It works fine on my Windows Surface. It has just stopped working - nothing has changed. No update of the software system or InDesign itself. The tool move will select things, but I can't move anything. Not locked layers or something like that - it does not work in any new or existing document. I can move objects with my arrows. Basically, InDesign is unusable. I teach InDesign - so not a beginner... pretty sure it's a weird or any bug just popped up.

  I deleted the cache and user prefs and it did nothing.

  Eugene - I have reset my preferences. InDesign does the 'normal' way as you suggest, I went and deleted the files. And InDesign don't always co-oporate - but thanks for the obvious - have you read the part about I am instructor certified Adobe and not a beginner?

  He works today. I have problems with Lightroom do not behave properly yesterday. When I tried to look in my application cloud creative, which has been 'broken', too. Everything worked except the applications screen, who turned just as it was loading, but would not actually load. This happened to me before. You cannot uninstall the app CC - in fact he has a fit and said that you always have installed applications. Then... I have re-installed manually cloud creative after that I reinstalled manually Lightroom and now everyone seems to be working as they should - for now.

  See if you can borrow a Microsoft Vista DVD appropriate; not Dell, HP, etc. DVD.

  All versions of Vista are contained on a Microsoft Vista DVD to the appropriate address.
  This is the product key that causes the right Version to install.

• Work of Auditors in the Simulator but not actually "BOLD"

  Hey - if anyone knows how to get a "BOLD" handset to allow listeners (PhoneListener, KeyListener, OutboundMessageListener) I would appreciate it. My app uses listeners and works very well in the Simulator, but only sporadically on the actual handset. Does anyone know how it works?

• Burning a CD of songs to convert, but not actually burn to CD.

  I've tried about 7 different times burn a CD and whenever it says to check the CD for damage or change of manufactures of the blank CD I've done both and none of them does not seem to work. I also tried to change the speed of writing to see if it works, but always the same result. Any ideas?

  Have what burning software you used? You burn with windows burning option?
  I m you know Nero, this application is very nice and is supported by an audio file, convert and burn.

  You write nothing on you laptop or car.
  Perhaps you know that not all formats are compatible.
  Did you check your user manual?
  There you should find a list of compatible media and an index with support of the CD and the DVD.

  The error message says it all:
  check the CD for damage or change to manufacturing of blank CD

  So do it.

• Need to replace the drive but not allowing OpenManage not not fault reader must be set to 'offline '.

  We hope a quick and easy solution to what I'm procrastinating at the moment.

  Have a server Poweredge 1800 (PERC 4/SC, RAID5) and got a failure on one of the SCSI drives. It's hot and we got the replacement.

  However, OpenManage is not let me put the failed drive to 'offline' so that I can share. I'll choose the option offline in the menu drop down and when running it just empty screens (see photo). Is this a symptom of something not quite right? No problem with other options (blink/unblink).

  If not can I just start in the PERC menu, set the active player in offline mode, swap, set the new drive to rebuild from there?

  Seems to be a split view when I look at other similar questions on other threads in forum, for example, some say that you should just pull the drive and Exchange even without putting off line first.

  It is possible that you are using an older version of the OMSA or that the controller is out of date.

  With the drive is not going offline. What you can do is to the server once it is off, then remove the disc. Powered with nothing in this niche, the table should show that degraded. Insert the replacement drive and it should start to rebuild.

• Connected, the browser works, but not video games online?

  My wireless inter worked very well for a time long, and all of a sudden, today, said internet 'Connected', but the browser could not work and open all the pages. But a few hours laters, when I turned my computer back, the browser works, except that this time, I can't play any vdeo games online, when I try all say fail to connect, or maybe it's go to the maintenance section, but I'm sure that isn't the cause of all my friends play This happens with ALL my games online! Help, please! I need to wait a little longer horus and things will be back? I have no idea how he got started, oh more internet on the laptop, a different computer, wasn't workign when it wasn't too, except now its fixed and it can be played games on it, but my office cannot! Help, please!

• Width of the box shows in DW, but not in the online site

  I'm intrigued by this one though attractive to help save time.  I created a page simple held in www.armadillogames.ca - I created the divs with the width of 980 with auto margins left/right.  It shows properly in DW but on download in all browsers, it seems be ignorning the width setting and display of the page with the text beyond just in front of the 980 defining, in Firefox, Opera and Chrome.  I have built many sites of DW and cannot understand it at all!  I went off the Rails?

  Your code says that it should be here:

  But it's actually there:

  http://www.armadillogames.ca/amadillostyles.CSS

  That tells me your site definition is not configured correctly. public_html is a virtual root directory on your server.  It should never appear in your local site definition.  It must be in your remote server definition.  See screenshot.

• Centers of my web page into design mode, but not when seen online.

  I am new to web design and of course, on this forum.  I had some experience in VBA and Fortran, so when the original designer left, I was the only one in the Organization, ready to attack the site and try to teach me how to do work and keep up-to-date.  We were financially in the Red at the time, so hiring outside help would have been almost impossible.  We break finally even now, which was our objective as a non-profit organization.

  So I got the computer and the responsibility of maintaining the Web site at a non-profit for children in Florida a couple of years ago, and I'm doing fairly well with it so far, even though my level of knowledge is very deep.  AsI has said before, I am completely self-taught, mainly by the method of trial and error, so please excuse what probably is a very basic question.

  The site works well enough for my users, but from an appearance point of view, the pages are always on the left side of the screen.  I would like to focus the pages on the screen so that it looks a little better.  They are on a black background - do not know how the background got there, but it works very well for me.  When I tried centering the pages, I googled my way to the statement text-align: center, and after placing a few different places in the code, he suddenly seemed to work, at least in the in Dreamweaver 8 (I also inherited from the software, which is I know is old, but if I'm--will be 70 soon, and make my work free of charge to the Organization).  But when I went to a couple of different browsers, it still shows the site on the left.  I tried Firefox and IE.  I am at a loss to know what to do.

  None of the pages in the current site have this code again - I have a page of the trial that I have tested.  The trial page is accessible from the link at the bottom of the 'Links' page to "Show host Infoormation" (the misspelling is temporary and intentianal so I can find the darn test link myself when I want).

  I would be happy to provide any information that could help someone understand what I have and what I'm trying to do, but again, I am self-taught, so I have little understanding of the technical terms.  Of course, I'd appreciate any help.  Thanks in advance.

  Obviously first make a back-up of the pages/sec.

  Switch to code view in Dreamweaver and find the html below. Its near the top of the page after the css. You don't need the first table

  so you can remove that. This is the second table that we are interested. Below, I've added id = 'WrapperPage' opening

  Then add to your css styles in the head section of the page.

• WRT1900AC and Galaxy S4 to connect, but cannot actually get online

  I got this router in my wishlist for about 6 months and finally pressed the trigger yesterday. He arrived this afternoon and well, I've experienced this with the DIR-655 Router two years ago... and I'm afraid it's the same problem all over again.

  With the DIR-655 Router, you can set the WPA2 with TKIP encryption and the S4 Galaxy would work. I don't see an option with the ca 1900.

  I tried all combinations (WEP, WPA2 Enterprise, no, etc. on 2.4 and 5 Ghz) without a bit of luck. I've updated the firmware also. Galaxy S4 (Ver.1.1.8.164461) says it is connected, but I can't get online.

  Anyone have any ideas?

  He has got to work! I did a hard resetand the two Galaxy S4 in the House have been able to get online.

  All I can think is: I had configured the WRT1900AC for the port forwarding for XBox Live (in these instructions), which included the port 80 and 53. Maybe that was re - directing traffic? I do not know... I have connected my Xbox One via Cat5 and now the NAT is open - without having to port forwarding.

  I hope this helps others... try a hard reset first!

  P.S. It was a stock configuration after a hard rest. My only change was change the SSID and password.

• loadMovie working in Flash Player, but not in the online validation

  has a link under 'print' says "catalog." We're supposed to to load a swf file when you click it. It works when I view it in Flash Player, but when I import into Dreamweaver and the poster, it does not work.

  It is probably a problem with the file/geotargeting since you seem to be loading the swf file into the html page in a separate folder.  When you do this, all files that load the swf file should be targeted as if the swf is in the same folder as the html file.  So if your another swf is also in the folder images, then when you specify to load it into the Flash file you include the images folder in the path.

• Devices to connect to the airport, but not to the Internet

  Hi all; Here's my situation:

  I just bought a new Airport Extreme to replace my old router (Linksys). In our House, we have two iPhones 6, as well as the iPad, Apple TV and MacBook Pro that were all bought again this year. All these things were able to connect to the internet using our old wireless router.

  As I have configured and installed at the airport, various devices have been able to connect without being able to connect to the internet (i.e. AirPort Utility, the airport connection is a green dot, while the actual internet connection is an orange): first it was the MacBook having this problem while the phones and the iPad have been completely connected. After I simply rebooted everything several times - i.e. the modem, router, and MacBook - I finally got the MacBook fully connected (without really changing all the settings, which are all entered correctly). Now, however, it is the two iPhones that will connect the airport but not actually in the internet.

  Any ideas? I must say, these strange little problems idiopathic who seem to always pop up with Apple products are starting to really bother me... I never got my MacBook to connect to the Apple TV via AirPlay.

  Could be heat related - try using a small fan to blow into the air intakes to see if that helps.
